We didn’t eat here because of the bad reviews. Thanks everyone for sharing! We stayed here over the 4th and it was right by our elevators. The smell of burnt crust was constant every time we walked by. One day I saw a heavy set guy prepping by himself, trying to get everything ready. Felt bad for him trying to do it all on his own. I’m surprised the Riverside Resort lets it continue like this. The guests of the casino and hotel deserve better.
This place is a joke. They gave me raw pizza and told me that they would not fix it.

I had a very disappointing experience at this establishment. The prices are outrageous for the quality of food offered. The pizza size was ridiculously small—maybe it was the size before it was cooked? The Caesar salad, priced at $9, was nothing more than iceberg lettuce with some wontons thrown in. Overall, it was terrible.
Honestly, I feel I should demand a refund or dispute the charges with my bank. Do NOT spend your money here!

I love Riverside. Friendly people and I love the casino and buffets. Don't even bother with the red brick pizza. The reviews were bad so wanted to see for myself. The Hispanic women was so rude I just walked away. She just tossed the womens pizza in front of me. And I asked where's your smile and she walked away.RUDE....This was March 12th at 1pm.

I went to Redbrick Pizza at the Riverside Casino in Laughlin NV appx at 230PM on Dec. 1st. My husband and I waited at the counter for several minutes and no one came to the counter. We actually couldn't see anyone. We went to the Mango Yogurt place next door and asked the woman was she waiting on Redbrick Pizza. She replied no and went to get the employee in the backroom. A young lady walked around with a unhappy face as if we were bothering her. My husband & I spoke to her and got no response. She didn't acknowledge us or even a smile. I said I would like to order a Gourmet Works pizza. She was very rude and her tone was as if we were bothering her. I answered her by giving her the 3 letters. She never smiled or spoke except in small sharp comments. At that point I told my husband let's go and we would order somewhere else. She never tried to save us as a customer by apologizing or acting as if she wanted to have us as a customer.
I feel it is necessary to compliment good employees but it is also necessary to let the company know how the employees are treating customers or potential customers. I called the Riverside Casino Food & Beverage department to complain but they said this restaurant was under the corporation. I was looking forward to trying Redbrick Pizza and am unhappy it didn't happen. It's sad that your employee doesn't realize customers are important part of your paycheck. Without us there would be no job.

For $17 I would expect way more. Taste like cardboard, definitely do not recommend.
It was the saddest salad I've ever seen and tasted they didn't even have croutons and it's not even romaine lettuce The only thing that was real about it was the Caesar dressing and the parmesan cheese that was it.

We should have read the reviews before we ordered from here. WTH was with the powdered white substance on the bottom (see pic). My wife and I stopped by last minute after the Jason Aldean concert. They didn’t have any more chicken so we were forced to order ‘The Works’ (all salty meats). It took forever bc no one was calling out names/order #’s and just stacking the cooked pizzas on top of one another. Absolutely THE WORST pizza we’ve ever had. The powdery crust was nauseating. We both had one slice and threw the rest in the trash.

I should have read the reviews before I ordered. Big mistake. This is the worst pizza I’ve ever had. The crust is flat like cardboard. Too salty and oily. No flavor other than salt. $17 for a horrible horrible pizza. It’s a pizza crime.
