I am reporting to hopefully a regional manager or higher - HORRIBLE customer service experienced at this location by both employee (wld not give name and did not have badge on) and manager "Gustavo" on 5/4/24 at exactly 3:52pm - Both 96 yr old grandmother and 67 year old mother came in with me for a cold snack as we had jut driven thru desert w no AC - they were both excited for some fro-yo - when we started looking at the menu the young girl w short black hair and nose piercing/black choker - let us know that she did not have time to assist us with an order as she was off in 5 min; and that we wld have to wait for shift change; she told us she had too much else to do - however she continued to assist other customers with "simpler" orders - i kindly ask for the manager and she said she didnt know when he would be around - so I asked for his name and she told me it was Gustavo. I told her I would like to talk to him and she went on to argue that there was nothing to discuss and that they have a system - her comment was unnecessary and unwarranted - I know our conversation was heard by another male employee who peeked his head in - a few moments later a gentlemen with a sports jersey and the name "Gustavo" on the back came to balance the register - him and the employee continued to whisper under their breath; he glanced up at us and did not say a word and continued to balance the register and left. I was pretty fed up by this time and we all decided to leave - for the length of my stay here and future stays I will never go back! I have never been so poorly attended to in my life. "Gustavo" should not be managing anything in my opinion not a business or employees as clearly his lack of understanding what excellent customer service is has rubbed off on his employees as well - what a shame!

This was one of the rudest experiences at a fast food establishment we’ve ever dealt with. This lady does not want to be there. Everything I asked about ordering they were out of and her answers were so rude I just finally said…”what do you have.” This is a drill sergeant working there. We will never be back and will dissuade anyone from going.

Not worth it. My Fiance and I went to go get smoothies just now and they refused too make smoothies and had 2 flavors availableChocolate and Vanilla yogurt..So we left and probably WILL not come back.

They were out of kale and spinach and we were told the manger doesn't order these items. We were also told they don't sell the fresh pressed juices because no one knows how when they are on their menu. I have cancer and sometimes this is all I can handle and couldn't even get that

Went there today to get a $14 large drink. I asked to have just mango, blueberries, pineapple only. She looks at me confused for 4 seconds. And says "that is extra." NOPE I just left. No drink no $3 tip I always give. ?‍♂️

Location is in the casino but does not accept casino vouchers or even comp dollars. Any restaurant in the casino should accommodate casino guests.
