The food was typical. Our server was very personable. The view was AMAZING! This is an older place so you get what you expect. Biscuits and gravy and the Denver omelette were good.

Pretty sure the menu hasn't been updated since the place opened. I haven't seen beef burgundy on a menu in over 40 years.

We came here for the buffet, dinner time. Most of the food was good and most of my family members like it. The customer service was very good. ( Kelly K ) served our table and she was very friendly and helpful.

The best part was the bottomless mimosas and service. She was amazing and made the atmosphere so fun for my husband's birthday. The food was pretty good. Like decent cruise food. But the price was pretty steep. I called the day before and must have bee quoted for a non-sunday price. I was surprised to pay $20 more for two ppl than quoted. For *laughlin* NV I feel like it should be a bit cheaper. Either way he enjoyed his bday. Thank you, to the server (Marlene or Mary K? She worked Sunday 08/24. She said she normally works at one of their other restaurants).

Wanted to add the view is very nice and made it extra special. We tipped for the service on top of the price. If it was a little cheaper I could see going monthly. But for now it may just be a rare special occasion.

The servers provided excellent service; however, I found the quality of the food to be disappointing. Unfortunately, the dishes were served cold, lacked flavor, and appeared excessively greasy. Given the price of $30 per person, I believe the dining experience did not meet expectations and was comparable to what one might find at a complimentary breakfast.

Went into the place right away at the register to pay the cashier lady was a little rude then we sat down with our first plate of food it sucked bad very salty dried out it didn't look appealing on the counters either no flavor other than salt on all the meat products and the desserts oh my gosh flavorless the soft serve ice cream had almost no flavor to it at all the best thing I had in the whole meal was The Root beer soda I will never go there again

Was a bit worried based on reviews - so my wife and I asked to view the buffet before entering and there were no objections by the staff. First off it’s a buffet - so I’ll use a chain buffet that I’m use to for comparison. I have a simple rule with buffet compared to a restaurant- buffets should be visited during peak hours and restaurants slightly off peak hours. Want to ensure the food is being refreshed continuously when dinning. Went during dinner hours. Quantity of items offered was less than that of a big city buffet restaurant but were in a small desert resort town so for me the selection was great, catering to all needs. The service is what I expected- drinks served and refreshed, empty plates removed- anything more required is outside of a typical buffet service. The seating area is amazing - panoramic view of river - great booth and table seating - everyone has a view. Very upscale feeling- but this might be the only problem I see - the food service area didn’t feel like it fit with the rest of the restaurant. I would guess this was not always a buffet- feels like it was converted to a buffet restaurant. Every time I went to the food area I felt like I was going to the employee kitchen area not the resort buffet. I think an upgrade of the buffet food area would really add to the overall experience. Was more like going to a fancy restaurant and having food served on paper plates. Visuals add to the perception of food quality overall - presentation is equally important as taste. A modernization of the food service area would greatly improve this restaurant. In the end service/staff was great, selection was good, food was good, price acceptable for what was provided, atmosphere was exceptional. Would enter again!

Had heard the Buffet had been improved. ...no.
Most of the food was overcooked, and greasy. Hand Carved Beef was damn near impossible to slice with the provided butter knife. Chicken was beyond dead.
Very Disappointed.

Riverside Buffet has real home cooked food along with a great staff who know how to take care of there guests. There is a variety of things to eat from Mexican to Chinese along with some old time favorite like stuffed cabbage rolls to sliced cold cuts and cheese and the fixings to make a sandwich if desired how ever big. Plus the salads and fruits along with deserts and ice cream. This is the only Buffet in Laughlin that has Brunch 7 Days a week 8am to 2pm and Dinner 5 nights a week. Closed on Sunday and Monday. Also had excellent Corned beef and cabbage for St Patrick's day. So if you want Buffet while in Laughlin this it the place.
