Complete disappoint! My friend recommended this place for when my daughter came to visit me for Christmas. I ordered NY Strip, my friend ordered a fillet and my daughter's Ribeye was great but the NY and Fillet were overcooked first time, sent back and came out raw, we ordered MR. They were charred on one side and uncooked on the other. Should have sent them back again but we didn’t want to wait as my daughter was going back to LA and waiting was not an option. For a restaurant with the reputation you folks have the food was awful! The service was excellent. The steaks were less than 1 star but you didn’t have a zero option.

After being told we can’t do to go orders over the phone I sent a sibling to place one in person. On arrival it was expressed that they won’t do one in person either . Chloe the manager was very accommodating after speaking to her she expressed they are backed up in the kitchen but due to the miscommunication they would accommodate us. Moving forward I wont be placing to go orders since it varies on how busy the location is but im happy to have been taken care of this time by Chloe .

As always. SALTGRASS is THE BEST, resturant on casino strip in Laughlin. Service and food is excellent. Prices are appropiate for fine dining. Never fails us for an evening out!

Food was good. The pork ribs- meat fell off the bone. The fried green beans were excellent. They do not serve prime rib anymore since covid even though someone told us over the phone they are serving prime rib that night. It was nice to watch the sports on TV even though that's unusually for a steak house. They allow service dogs. This location was located inside the casino on the bottom floor.
