I never leave reviews on anything. But i really appreciate the service I had tonight. It was very busy but i felt well attened to and the chicken burger i had was great.

Been here a few times and it was pretty bad … came the past 2 days . Was helped by Adrian and turned our experience around. He went above and beyond on multiple occasions. Food was delicious

Was looking forward to the guac burger but this smashburger had a very limited menu. Was disappointed. I had googled the menu before we even went and was told when we got there that their online menu was not correct. .

I had eaten here first couple of times and the food was not bad but on September 30th 2024 I got horrible food poisoning from this place they had sewage problems earlier in the day but thought nothing of it considering they opened up that same day and that night I got super sick. Been in bed since October 2nd and once I was finally able to get up I had walked past that place and without getting into detail it smelled like rotten eggs exactly the same smell as… use your imagination.

I have given this place five stars in the past. But tonight they get one star. My salad had rotten greens, about 1/2c of purple onion and about 1/4c of Bleu cheese in my salad so much it ruined it. I used to brag about this Cobb salad with the grilled chicken. Nothing was chopped up the chicken, tomato, not the bacon. I'm really disappointed. Of anywhere to have dinner I chose this place for my 55th birthday. See the pictures I will upload. Seriously check your salad before leaving.

Cashier very rude rolled her eyes when told all the tables were dirty and we wanted a clean table. Request the burger cut in half which didn’t happen. Restaurant was nasty and so was the cashier! Very pricey and not worth it. I do not recommend this place. Very dissatisfied!

I went here when I was staying at the Harrah's and we got food from here which was alright but the workers were rude on multiple occasions and after eating here a few times, me and another got food poisoning.
I am completely confused by all the negative reviews. I am a firm believer in reviews but cmon guys did we all eat at the same place? My wife and I love a good cheeseburger and this place was far beyond just good it was in the top 3 best burgers I've ever had In my life? The service was great, Mary at the front taking orders was so sweet and got our order perfect. The food came out fast, hot and oh sooo good. Please try this place for yourself before you listen to the negative reviews.. this was honestly 1 of the best burgers I've ever had.

I like a good burger just like anyone else and I don’t like to leave bad reviews but come on if we’re paying a above average price for food then it should at the bare minimum taste somewhat better. I understand the idea behind a good smash burger but this place can’t do it. Over hyped burger maybe if you cover it in sauce. Burger is flavorless the taste in the avocado is just a light spread no love, the buns just crumble in your hands and don’t get me started on the garlic tots which I had high hopes for but where just as bad. Like who the F came up with this recipe and was like it’s good to me so will serve it. Would not recommend this place to anyone, only good thing was the Pepsi

After arriving in Laughlin at Harrahs were hungry we called Smashburger to see if we could place an order over the phone. The gentleman that answered the phone placed us on hold we were on hold for 20 min we hung up the phone & went downstairs to Smashburger. The line was long, wait time was exactly 30 minutes. Food was under the light waiting to be served the food stayed under the light 15 minutes before being served. When we finally got to the cashier she realized the phone was off the hook, I told her good thing I hung up & came on down. Placed our order waited 25 minutes when I got my order my food was cold not some of it but all of it. Single cheeseburger, tator tots were cold. This was my first time visiting a Smashburger this was a terrible experience, I was so hungry I couldn't eat the food. The burger patty was so small I could have made a commercial asking where is the beef? I was so pissed I showed my food to the manager she apologized & refund my money.
