Service was horrible. I placed a to go order and when I arrived to my room to eat, my order was wrong. While we were waiting for our order to be ready though, 2 people returned their orders as they were wrong. I know the whole concept of Smashburger but my meat was completely burnt. I would not recommend this location.

Ashley the server was very rude and very slow. the food sat under the warmer and the cook had to tell her multiple times that it was ready and that it had been waiting. She was rude to more customers than just us. The food itself was good and the food was good as well.

So yesterday I stopped to order a strawberry & Vanilla shake once the older lady discouraged me from getting it because it was too complicated I just decided to get a strawberry shake she was making it and dropping stuff like the whipped cream and just picked stuff back up and kept pouring into my shake when she hands me it she is still smiling Now I don't know if she was racist or just gave me that vibe but her actions spoke louder than words today I told the supervisor Luz who totally was being a total bruja and after waiting nearly 40 minutes at the Beach cafe for my order I decided to cancel as I did she become more of a difficult person I left turn around to take some pictures for my 50 million viewers here on Google maps to avoid this place and she was talking about me to the next white lady who was behind me as I told her how bad the services are compared to Aquarius where they treat people with dignity and So definitely I do not recommend any place beside Cinnabon they can never do any wrong

I NEVER leave reviews, but I had to say something after what I experienced tonight (5/28/25). The guy who was expediting , I’m pretty sure he was a lead or manager , was straight up awful. He just stood there doing absolutely nothing while the rest of the team was clearly overwhelmed. No urgency, no effort, no decency in helping his coworkers or moving things along. He looked like he couldn’t be bothered at all. Even disappeared from his duties , slowing things down even more as if the cashier can handle all duties herself.
The food was nothing to write home about, but honestly, I lost my appetite just watching how careless and lazy he was. It honestly felt like he was intentionally slowing things down. If that’s the kind of “leadership” this place has, it says a lot. He clearly doesn’t care about the job or the customers, it’s just a paycheck to him, and it shows.
If I ever see him again, I won’t be spending my money here. I actually felt bad for the cashier working with him , and reconsidered buying food here since I didn’t want to support a place that allows someone like him in a leadership role.
Will not be coming back because of the man expediting at night around 10pm on 5/28/25.

Affordable consistent food. Bit of a wait after ordering but it’s good to know food is made to order. Always tasted good and had no issues. Cashiers could be a little faster it can get backed up some times to order but the ladies are always super polite and do a good job.

We are here when we arrived to the Harrah's and checked in. To start, it's a small menu but from what we tried it's pretty good quality. I ordered the double cheeseburger and it was pretty good. It's served on a nice bun and the patties tasted good. I ordered their special fries which had some herbs on them and they were pretty good but they were kinda soggy. My wife ordered their special herby tots with her burger and they were much better than the fries. Overall I like the food here and the price was pretty good.

Saturday nite about 700 ordered 59.00 dollars woth of food 3 burgers and a chicken sandwich i paid with credit card and when I went up to get the food I asked for the thing of ranch the rude lady said it would be extra .54 cents like I'm going back in line to put .54 cents on credit card f this place they suck owe the kicker was they threw 20 packets of ketchup in the bagm
I had the breakfast burger. Hands down amazingly delicious. With affordable pricing.
