Amazing food and about as good atmosphere for an open casino restaurant, but the service really killed my experience. I ordered at 11:01 AM on January 11, and with me being the second person there the service was fast, but that's it, it was just fast. They didn't accept my gift card (it was digital and this place may follow certain casino rules, but the card also had a number that could be entered manually), and the lady who opened and was working in the morning actually snatched my card out of my hands as I was trying to pay, that is disgusting behavior for my first and only visit.

Burgers were great, however they were having trouble with their shake machine, and rather than admit it was broken and tell people they couldn't get a milkshake, they kept taking orders for them. Since the one person taking orders was the same person making the shakes, the line took forever to move. I didn't even order a shake...partly knowing what it would do to the people in line behind us, but my time in line was in excess of 20-30 minutes. (That is just to place the order...not including the wait time for the food to be made.)

The lady working tonight was very rude.Gave me my food, and then ten minutes later gave me my milkshake.There was nobody here, except for me, at one in the morning.By the time I got to the room, food was cold

My husband got one of the worst burgers ever from here!!
Goto check out, you have to add a tip. This is not right!!! Food got mixed up, they had to remake it, 45 minutes later I finally get my food!! No apologies whatsoever!!!! Would not recommend!!!
