Adrian went out of his way to take care of me tonight. He is a great asset to your team.

Due to my accent, I think there was a miscommunication when ordering. Josh was at the checkout when I went to correct it and was superb. I apologized, he apologized, we laughed and we had an amazing meal.Give that guy a raise! Fantastic experience ?

Most mediocre smash burger I’ve ever eaten not good not bad, the smash fry’s were under cooked. The burger was good but not for the price, at least they have booze.

Just way overpriced and not near as good as I expected. The portions are small not to mention how difficult it is to get there. Won't be returning to this location anytime soon.

First time trying Smashburger. My husband gets burgers from everywhere (no lettuce, tomato, onions, etc..) He said it was very good. I had the grilled chicken sandwich and it was so flavorless yet rubbery. Just odd and barely edible. The rosemary fries were just whatever, not hot, pricey in my opinion. My husband poured some for me on my wrapper and I got a pile of olive oil.. blah!

1/5/24 - We came in near closing time where no one else was around except us and the staff. We got the 5-count Chicken Tenders, Breakfast Burger (which is served all day like the rest of their breakfast menu), and their Smash Fries which are tossed in rosemary, garlic, and olive oil. Some of the chicken tenders were more like nuggets due to how small some of them were. The breakfast burger looked almost like it was burnt all over and it didn't look all that appealing. It tasted okay, but I would've liked the egg to be a bit more runny. The fries had an interesting flavor profile to them as I have never had fries prepared in this way, and they turned out to be decent. Overall, the food was less than was expected even from a casino burger joint. It was all a bit too expensive for the quality. Also, my siblings got the Bacon Burger and it looked nothing like how it was advertised in the signs posted in the store. All the other hotel guests that we saw walking by obviously weren't opting to eat here or at the pizza parlor next door, but rather had ventured out to get food from other places to bring back to the hotel. If you really don't want to leave the hotel and are looking for a quick bite, then I guess this place gets the job done. Otherwise, you should spend the time or extra money going to the other restaurants in the hotel or some other place outside.

Food was good. I really liked everything they had. It was odd there were not many people dinning but they looked like they had a lot of to go orders. One of the better eateries in the Casino!!!!

Wanted something to eat late night, decided to head downstairs to get some chicken strips and fries. Both tasted like the grease was very old. The chicken was super tough, and heavily breaded will not try this place again.

Came to this establishment and our wait was at least 30 minutes no problem but when we got our food everything was cold the chicken tenders were too hard and the tater tots were fried extremely hard. I took it back to get a fresh order but when we got it back they were both dropped back in the grease to heat them back up and they were harder then than before and very greasy. The food was awful to say the least...

If you ever get a chance to try a Smashburger, you should do it. It's delicious. The layers of meat patty are smashed to perfection. Then there's fresh lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, onion, and condiments; on a sour is so mouth-
