The staff at this location has always been really friendly and have a great attitude. Seem to enjoy their job. Also, when it gets busy they really keep up the pace. Opens early. Great location. Only a quick 3 minute drive from basically any hotel in Laughlin if you're not staying in Harrah's.

Worst service ever! During my vacation, I experienced terrible service at this establishment. On the first day, I waited 45 minutes, and they had to remake my drink three times. First, they made my espresso a cold drink instead of a hot one. Then, they completely missed what was supposed to go inside the drink.
The next day, things seemed to improve until the manager, Eric, decided to lecture me on how to order a drink that I've been ordering for the last 15 years. He even changed the way it was put in, resulting in inconsistent pricing—$7 one day, $10 the next, and $8 another day.
Additionally, I had saved up all my stars for this trip so that each day would be free. However, that was not the case, as I was charged $11 when they used 1200 stars, and $22 for the same order without using stars. The employees took 100 stars for each shot of espresso in my drinks, making one order almost $44 without using stars.
On the last day, they were 12 minutes late in opening. Had they been on time, I would have been able to get drinks and food before my flight back home.
No one EVER smiled, and I could see other workers getting scolded for mistakes that the manager made.
Please get this store the help it needs.

Flat out the worst Starbucks experience ever. It's nice to see people having a good time at work, especially in a cigarette smoke-clogged hole void of natural light, but they completely lacked attention. Not only did they mess up my order and also ignore the Starbucks cup I brought in, they looked at me like I'd grown an extra head just for asking where the toilets are. Also, despite what it says in Google Maps, this isn't a drive-through Starbucks. That's not their fault, but it's frustrating that there doesn't seem to be a way to edit that in Google.
