The staff at this location has always been really friendly and have a great attitude. Seem to enjoy their job. Also, when it gets busy they really keep up the pace. Opens early. Great location. Only a quick 3 minute drive from basically any hotel in Laughlin if you're not staying in Harrah's.
Staff is not very friendly, compared to other Starbucks. It's also very convenient they could not use our app or mobile ordering on a Saturday when you have your $3 Grande promotion
After a long line I was met by a very cheerful lady at the register. I asked how she was doing and complimented her that I know it’s a super busy day but she seemed so welcoming. She was very nice. My drinks didn’t look like they usually do and the barista making all the drinks helped me figure out what to add to make it how I liked them.
