I went and ordered my sandwich but they didn’t warm it up at all!!!!
I can easily tell! The cheese wasn’t melted nor was the sandwich bread warm.
THEY JUST TOSS IN THE MACHINE AND SET TIMER! No heat***

If you come to order here make sure your food is warm/hot before you leave.

I can not believe how rude this employee was to me today on March 4 2024, she was nasty and only in the mindset of ruining someones day. I hate that I crave subway sometimes and I no longer will . Nasty vile horrible individual here... I asked her how are you doing and she literally looked at me and snorted like a pig

I got a sub twice at subway and your employee medellin gave me a hard time on how I wanted my sub. I just asked her not to use the knife because it was dirty from previous subs and she said she has to use it. I go to subway all the time and I never had a problem until I went there. The lady in front of me didn’t have her avi card but she gave her the discount. When she rung me up she had an attitude never asked for my card so I showed it to her. Said to her have a good day, she just rolled her eyes and walked to the back. This is how your employee act towards paying customers. I’m paying for the sub and eating it, not her. She needs an attitude adjustment.

When did subway stop cutting everything up for a salad, Ordered the Subway club as a salad and she handed it to me in the bowl and I said, aren't you gonna cut it all up? She goes, nope don't do that here, So how am I supposed to eat it? Here's a fork and a knife. Wow really I won't be ordering that again. Disappointed..

So I'm a fan of Subway and I enjoy the food. But the experience here was really bad. The staff was standing there waiting 8-15 min for the shift change since they were bringing the new register which I understand, it happens. But during that time they were literally standing around with containers empty and no bread ready. By the time the person arrived and they started to take orders guess what happened? They had no ingredients for the sandwiches and no bread. So when we started ordering they had to tell us to wait as they went to the back and to bring ingredients and bread. ??‍♂️ anyway when we asked for "melted" the bread came out and it was barely warm and the cheese was like barely melted. I didn't say anything on the spot because I didn't want to make a scene and make the staff uncomfortable but I also work in a kitchen and this type of behavior is what makes a business get bad reviews. Like I said before, I love subway and their service is usually pretty good but here I ended up pretty disappointed. The attitude of the staff seemed like they didn't want to be there and the food overall was 4/10 when its usually 8/10.(Image of cold melted sandwich lol)
