The last couple of times we've been disappointed. Service has been a little sketchy.. the assistant last nite was really good..can't remember her name. She was working with Otto.. he was fine but we hardly saw him. Your restaurant is not presenting the kind of service we should be getting for what it costs to eat there. The French onion soup was awful. I have had it many times there and it was always so good. . I told them it wasn't good and they never offered to take it off of the bill. We each had a bite and no one liked it.my husbands pork chop was one of the best things we've had there. The fillet our guest had was good and cooked perfectly. We all thoughtb$64 was a little high for that size steak though. My coconut shrimp was not good. When they brought it out I sad it looked burned. The crust was really dark, so we peeled it off. It is usually so good. I personally worked at a private club in Mpls so I know what it takes to make your guests feel special.. our head waiter never even came back to check on us after we got our dinner. We love the ambiance of your restaurant but feel like you could do better

OUTSTANDING! Our server, Otto was exceptional. Otto going above and beyond helping make the dining experience first class. I highly recommend Range Steak house.

Great experience other than was surprised that artificial bacon bits were used in the wedge salad. I would expect real bacon at this calibre of restaurant.

The medium rare ribeye steak came out perfectly and was very delicious. The baked potato was well done and all the toppings came separately.

We ordered a Rib-eye steak and they brought out a Prime Rib dinner. Which took a long time to get. Then it was wrong. We only had two hours for dinner before our concert. We couldn't send the food back or we would have missed our concert. We wanted desert but everything took so long we didn't get it. We were still late for our concert. Sad face. Normally the Range is an expensive but quality dining experience. Just a bad day, I guess.

Steak was average at best. Scalloped potatoes were not very tasty. Lady at reception desk wasn't very welcoming. Won't be back.

The Range steaks are some of the best. My wife ordered the rib eye and I had the 8 Oz filet. Both were cooked perfectly. The rib eye was especially juicy and flavorful. The soups are also very delicious. Our waiter Nick and his team were very attentive and polite, both provided 5 star service. All courses were timed perfectly and the cocktails came promptly after ordering. The Range is probably the best restaurant in Laughlin. I will definitely be back soon

A little mishap but the manager came to our rescue! She was wonderful!. Excellent customer service! Nicho was great too! Very accommodating! The food was awesome as always! Steak, lobster, mahi-mahi, bread, shrimp cocktail, potato, wine...all delicious! We visit Laughlin a number of times per year...love it!

Overall we had a good experience, I think the restaurants pricing is a little high, but it was good.

After dining here for 22 years with great experiences the time has come to find a new favorite in Laughlin. The portions, quality and choices have diminished while the prices have sky rocketed We don't mind paying for food if it's worth it. The Tange used to be but sadly is no longer a place we can recommend Our favorite coconut shrimp appetizer was not only ruined by being very over done but the chili sauce had changed, which is now too spicy. What used to be a fabulous Caesar salad was now 1/5th the portion with brown edged lettuce that had just a scant amount of dressing. They open for dining at 5:00, yet on a Friday nite by 6pm they were out of crab legs. No specials were available while the choices of food is half of what it used to be Our bill of $330 for a party of 4 was excessive especially since one dinner had just soup and salad

The food at the Range is always good, especially the halibut special. I have never had such poor service as I have at the Range. They are just short staffed and can't handle the amount of tables they have to serve.

As usual our dinner was excellent. Brandi & Julie always provides excellent service. We visit 4 times a year and look forward to our dinners at The Range!
