Had the prime Rib dinner and it was horrible. There were 4 of us at dinner and the 3 of us who had the prime rib were so disappointed. The prime rib had a funny taste to it and was extremely chewy. Certainly wasn't worth $45. We will never go there again. On a good note. The service was excellent. Our bill was $270 and we could have had a better meal elsewhere for that price.

Exceptional dining experience at The Range Steakhouse! The ambiance was inviting with a perfect blend of elegance and comfort. The Angus Filet Mignon Oscar Style was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The service was impeccable. Overall, a memorable dining experience that exceeded expectations. I Highly recommend for anyone craving a top-notch steakhouse experience!

We were very satisfied with everything. They made us feel very special. We're going back to Laughlin on Monday, so I made reservations for Wednesday. We're really looking forward to eating there again.

The hostess seating everyone was so disrespectful and rude to everyone. We listened to her when guests arrived and she was so obnoxious. I wish we would have walked out. The only reason we stayed was because of the politeness of Vern. The staff was wonderful and the food delicious. It's to bad that we will not return because of her.

Filet ordered medium (menu said hot outside with trace of pink). Steak came leaking blood, cold temp. Sent back twice, still not to perfection. First time not being able to give 5 stars.

We always make a reservation when in Laughlin. Would really like to see gluten free choices on menu. Having waiter talk with chef i can order scampi dinner if they change the dish somewhat. Gluten free please ?

Food is great but overpriced. We have eaten here before and always enjoyed it, but the prices this time spoiled our experience and we won't be back. $64.95 for the 8 oz. filet was a bit much. Had to order side dishes if you wanted more than meat for your dinner.

It was like a meat locker. The lights were entirely too dim. The 3 ladies asked for jackets or sweaters. I ordered the shrimp Scampi. It was old and dried out. I should have had them take it back but didn’t want to ruin the evening for our friend. The Scampi had a vinegar sort of taste like it was on the verge of spoiling. The 5 shrimp were overcooked and tough. I paid for eating it the next morning. I had a severe case of diarrhea for more than an hour.

Still my favorite restaurant in Laughlin. Nick is an awesome waiter and even comped me a drink on my birthday. When I had an issue on my reservation time. The hostess pushed back my reservation time with out issue. Thanks to everyone for making my birthday a great one.

The Range Steakhouse team at Harrah's Laughlin did an exceptional job helping me celebrate my birthday. Vern greeted me with a cheerful demeanor and provided a booth with a cozy view of the Colorado River. Ramona Zavala and Nick Hall took over from that point and the evening got even better. They both provided a top notch dining experience. After a delicious meal Chef Brad Davis stopped by the table during dessert. It magnified how much he truly cares about his kitchen and the team. I can't them enough for a fantastic evening! If I can get a reservation I'm going back tonight. Sincerely, Aaron Wilson

Way too cold as has been a problem for a long time we are told! They actually supply blankets if needed....Sad! My wife is a vegetarian, but with pasta primavera with vegetables her only entree she expected a cream sauce, but came out like spaghetti with red sauce and vegetable. A tasty dish, but not what expected. We are use to a chef that modifies a meal to meet your needs. While chef did eliminate chicken broth waiter would not ask him to modify out dish when she had it wrapped to go and sat while I ate since no other entree choices for her. We are both Diamond for many years and always expect and get treated with personal attention at fine restaurants.

The service and food were excellent as usual. However we were disappointed that my husband, a veteran, could not use the military discount (15%), as we have done before, if using Caesars Rewards points to pay for a portion of our meal.

Best Onion soup and Lobster bisque anywhere. My scallops , shrimp with jasmine rice and asparagus was cooked perfectly. Even the bread is amazing. Great river view.. Not many classy restuarants like this around any more. Sad when the Range in Vegas closed.

We've been here many times and have always loved it but with every other food and beverage establishment the prices are Sky High now and you don't get the quality anymore service was fabulous but there weren't very many people serving they've cut back drastically on staff and you notice it we just didn't feel that we got value for the money charged or calamari was not even warm never mind hot
