Food is really good! but service is not, the cashier on 8/25/2025 was not nice I can even say she was racist, our order was ready and sitting for some time but yet this person gave the other customer their food first and when we ask for our food she gave us an attitude and was rolling her eyes at us. I was really disappointed, they should have nice cashier and should be greeting customers nothing is free we're paying for our food, the least we can have is warm food.

I asked to talk to a manager about the food and the experience. I really don’t like the fact that the ceilings have dirt and people dust above our food. It’s literally falling in the food as they cook it. The attitudes are the absolute worst especially the condescending manager that just stares at you with this weird smile on her face. Trystanne was her name I think I spelled it right not sure. She’s real chunky if that narrows it down. She didn’t even respond in anyway shape or form. It was a strange experience to say the least. The pizza was decent but the wings were super undercooked. They didn’t even offer a re-fire or a new one at that. There was also an employee with cross contamination from chicken to beef. They just put there hands in the drawers below the grill without gloves touching both beef and chicken and the cheese too wow it made me sick. What’s the point of telling the health department since I’m sure they probably paid off.

My only issue is they have a elderly woman taking orders and given the orders out, which makes the lines long!!! it take forever to place your order
We were staying the night at the hotel and after a fun day on the river we saw a special at PT's Express for $10, a cheeseburger french fries and a soda. We ended up getting that and the burger was one of the best ones I've ever had the fries were also delicious and crisp. What a great deal in Laughlin. They were a little busy and once we placed our order it was about 15-20 minutes before we got the burger but it was worth the wait. They had a special for a $3 footlong hot dog, maybe we'll try that next time we saw the people next to us eating it and it looked really good.

Lousy service, wings under cooked, and they got our order wrong. All I ordered was 12 wings. How do you mess that up? They won't let you split the flavor 6 and 6 . 28 dollars for 12 wings is ridiculous.

For a first-time visit. The food was good. The soft tacos were yummy. Love the Carne Asada. The salsa is also a nice touch. Chicken tenders and fries were a pretty decent size serving. The line was long, but the cashier ran through everyone pretty quickly. Trying to handle the register and handle the front. As well as cutting the pizza for orders to go.
From our experience at Stockmans being very poor. We came back to the Edgewater for our typical gambling experience like we do each week. Thankfully we won a lot of money so spending a few bucks at PT’s wasn’t a huge problem. Even though I wanted to ask for our money back. This review is based on Quality of the food and the absolute horrible service we endured. First and foremost as we were taking our order low and behold the snotty brat manager from downstairs at Stockmans was behind the register. Go figure! Anyway she just rolls her eyes at us and says what can I get you. So strange as to why we feel targeted for some reason. We placed our order for a pepperoni pizza and wings to go. But we ended up staying there to eat it. Anyway as our name was called to get our food. The gentleman Michael Fox the PT’s manager I assume. That’s what his shirt said although. Went to get the food and he walked away from us. I asked if I could get some plates and ranch for our wings. He looks back at us annoyed or something. Says yeah what did you say, I replied and said yes could we get some plates and ranch. He sighs as if it’s an issue to get simple plates and a thing of ranch. We ended up sitting down and trying the food and happened to look up and see him staring at us smiling. What a weirdo! I felt like he did something to our food and was waiting for us to eat it. To be honest the pizza was so moist and very floppy and super greasy. The wings were the worst slimy and very undercooked. If I’m not mistaken if you have undercooked wings or even chicken that can make someone very sick. So him smiling at us seemed creepy to top it all off. We have been epic players for a very long time, I’m starting to think if this is it for us and using our business elsewhere. We through the food out and just walked out of Edgewater, yet to never return here. So yeah we are done and we will never be back and we will let our other friends and family to steer clear of this place.

The absolute saltiest food I have had in my life. They need to rename the lemon pepper wings to lemon salt wings. I hate throwing away food but for the sake of my blood pressure they went in the trash. Club sandwich was decent, pizza was lukewarm with no cheese pull. Four of us at table and no one could finish their salty meal.
