“GREAT RESORT COFFEE & TEA SPOT! Nestled inside the Aquarius Resort and Casino is Duet which is known for its bountiful coffee options, soothing tea, and yummy pastries (donuts, fritters)! I stopped by in the morning for a cold brew w/ oat milk and it tasted better than some Starbucks! I loved my drink so much I came back the same day in the afternoon and tried one of their green tea drinks. I can verify that it was just as good! Note: If you’re looking for a quick lunch, they have grab-n-go salads and other lunch favorites.

I really enjoyed the quiet, vacation vibes in here. The staff were mild and friendly, while the patrons were super mellow, even the kiddos! There’s tons of seating with comfy cushions and tables for various group sizes.“

“Enjoyed my birthday dinner at The French Connection Cafe & Lounge. I ordered the shrimp and grits. I have never had anything like that before and it was excellent. I grow chili peppers and the level of spice in that dish was perfect! This is the only place in town that has MEAD on the menu! They do it straight or in mixed cocktails. I had two of their mead cocktails and they couldn't have been any better, especially the sour notes. The staff was super friendly and very attentive. Highly recommend this place.“
