Went for lunch it was horrible and the prices are outrageous. I had the club sandwich it didn't come with fries a cup of coffee, the person I was with had chicken tenders there was like 3 tenders and they were raw he had a soda and country gravy for his fries $40.00. Never again

Stopped here while tires were being repaired. Menu is burgers and sandwiches. Sandwiches were light on veggies and sides were a little small. That being said, the food was excellent overall and reasonably priced. Staff was friendly so overall I do recommend a stop here.

Double Bacon Cheeseburger was massive and delicious, with a side of onion rings that were fresh! Also had the three-meat sandwich without the bun and it was a great low carb option. The meat was delicious! Not a lot of Smokey flavor but tender and the sauce was tasty. Coleslaw was also quite delicious and wasn’t too sweet. Staff were attentive and friendly and everything was clean. Looking forward to going back!

Have a tough time giving even one star. First, coffee was lukewarm. We were told, well the burner is on. Asked for a replacement cup. Same thing. Finally got a cup from the fresh pot she made! It was hot! Bacon was over cooked. Pancakes had a malfunction and received my breakfast a few minutes after my husband. Husband order a scramble but wanted eggs over easy. Yolks were broke and “scramble” only came with half the ingredients. And… no toast. That’s an ala cart item. Wouldn’t even comp it since they were out of gravy (that was part of the scramble.) Really disappointed!!!!

I had a delicious hamburger with mushrooms. The item I ordered came with cheese but I asked for no cheese and they got it right, which doesn't alway happen at other places. The staff was friendly and same with the manager. The place was clean and had a good vibe.

This restaurant has changed names to Dora's Smokehouse and Bar B Que and is under new ownership. The new owner, Phil is friendly, and smokes the best meat in town, salads are homemade. They also have caring employees. So come on in, sit right down, and join them.Wheelchair accessibility: The wheelchair accessibility is great. Plenty of room to maneuver around
Did this place change hands again? What's wrong with this place? It's dirty, inattentive staff. It starts off that the towels are missing from the men's bathroom. I walked to the front counter with wet hands. Because all the tables are dirty. The lady looks up at me emotionless and says she'll be right with you. She? Another lady walks up I said I'd like to place an order and tell her it'll be for here. She goes go ahead and have a seat I said "would you like me to clean the tables"? She says no that she would not like me to clean the tables and the emotionless person that I first encountered behind the counter, walked out with a container to collect the dishes and cups, and wipe the tables. I was sitting at one of the dirty tables waiting, the emotionless girl did come over and apologize. I said, that was OK. Five minutes later another group of people sat down and they ordered. While I was waiting, A lady comes out of the ladies room, needing a roll of toilet paper. They handed one through the ordering section and said that they were sorry about that. After 30 minutes of staring at the guy in the corner, waiting for his food, the people who came in five minutes later than I, started receiving their food. All I ordered was a hamburger and fries. The place is obviously not the same one as it was last year. Decorations are down it looks dirty and frumpy and the staff seems confused and slow and old. I finally got up. Walked out the door, got in my work truck and drove across the street to McDonald's, lol. I hope this place does succeed and makes it. I just hope that they realize that great customer, service and cleanliness is key. Stocked the bathrooms, clean those tables and look like you're ready for the next customer to come in and get exceptional service.

Was told they were offering only 6 items on the board and did not show us the lunch menu where I would have preferred the chicken Caesar salad. Cheeseburger came out and was totally fried and dry. French fries were soggy. Diet Pepsi was filled 3/4 way. Would not return to this restaurant.

After a long day in Reno, we decided to go down to The Cowpoke Smokehouse for dinner. We had their Prime Rib special, which was delicious. The staff was very friendly even though they were extremely busy. A great meal, friendly service, confy atmosphere.
