Stopped by Lovelock McDonald's today (7/9/25) to check out which Happy Meal toys were available for this July months promotion. Moana went above and beyond on QSCV (Quality Service Cleanliness and Value). She gave me the best service and I purchased at a great value. I really appreciated her taking time to help me out with my collection. She was friendly and polite. The store was very neat and clean. Many times I travel to Reno and stop there for a quick bite. Slow terrible service. Stood at the register over 15 minutes before I was even acknowledged. Made my order at the kiosk and it didnât print receipt. WAs basically told tough shot. Order again and wait even though my other order had been paid for. I will never go back

I havenât eaten McDonaldâs in a very long time. The cashier with the Raiders Santa hat made this the most pleasant drive through experience ever. We had been traveling all day and it was the only food open. My son 9 months old was screaming the whole order. The service was fast, food was good, and he brought a pup cup for my dog and a small bit of ice cream for my son who settled down immediately after tasting the amazing ice cream. Wow that made my last 2 hrs of driving for the day way better. Thank you McDonaldâs angel lol. Made our night

Very impolite ended up have it to grab my own sauce NO customer service whatsoever so ever lady waived some of us off food took over twenty min with nobody else around very rude

We stopped by during our road trip and had a great experience. The bathrooms were clean and stocked, the employee at the register was nice and even recommended us a current deal to get a better price on our meal, and they had diet Dr. Pepper which they usually don't carry. The food came out quickly and fresh. Would recommend!

Probably the worst quality McDonaldâs Iâve ever eaten. I usually donât write bad reviews but holy crap. Had to pull around and wait 10 minutes for our food so I thought âoh it will be fresh!â. Wrong. Burger was extra greasy, they put almost no ketchup or mustard on it so it tasted like grease and onions. The fries were gross.. like they were sitting out for an hour. Nasty. Do not recommend.

Filthy dirty, and takeout orders only. Uncaring staff who do the bare minimum. Food was awful, fries were limp, soggy, cold. If you're on 80 and hungry, you're better off eating the 10-year-old packet of crackers in your glove box. This place is disgusting.
