Stopped here on our travels home to Utah and the service was incredible! Food was also great but what really stood out were the employees and how nice they were. I don't leave reviews often but I had to after today's great experience!
Stopped by Lovelock McDonald's today (7/9/25) to check out which Happy Meal toys were available for this July months promotion. Moana went above and beyond on QSCV (Quality Service Cleanliness and Value). She gave me the best service and I purchased at a great value. I really appreciated her taking time to help me out with my collection. She was friendly and polite. The store was very neat and clean.

I haven’t eaten McDonald’s in a very long time. The cashier with the Raiders Santa hat made this the most pleasant drive through experience ever. We had been traveling all day and it was the only food open. My son 9 months old was screaming the whole order. The service was fast, food was good, and he brought a pup cup for my dog and a small bit of ice cream for my son who settled down immediately after tasting the amazing ice cream.
