Sorry for the bad review. This place has a huge piece of bread and the smallest amount of ingredients. Needs to change or I won't be coming back. Probably the only reason why they are still in businesses because they are attached to a gas station and people have no clue if they're going to be good or not.

Terrible experience. I dealt with the white girl with tattoos on her hand and wrist. She was short with me but was really nice and helpful to my friends. She didn’t even ask if I wanted anything anything else on my sandwich. After she got it out of the oven she wrapped it up and started to make my friends sandwich without saying anything to me.

I'm going straight to corporate....to let them know what a fantastic place this is. Alisa treated me like royalty. I was just about to ban fast food, again, for a long time due to questionable customer service, zombified workers, or people that just don't smile/interact. Alisa was plentiful with the pastrami toppings, artistic yet quick, held a conversation, and smiled genuinely. She tried all the sandwiches (Minus tuna as she mentioned not liking tuna) and it helps when the employees have actually had items sold and can make recommendations. I mentioned "all vegetables" and she double checked and gave plenty of options. This started my day off really nice. It's a little pricy, but it's worth it to have a positive interaction and awesome food. I even got to choose my own brownie! Boo yeah! I'll be back to Port O' Subs. Please keep awesome employees like this around.
They never have meatball sandwiches every time I try to order. I went with a pastrami and it was all fat. Nothing like biting into a sandwich and having all the meat pull out. Will not be coming back.

Grab and go in lovelock Nevada. For a big chain these guys do it right. Excellent sandwiches and they make them quick. Also this place has a small dog park.

Bad customer service, 2 slices of turkey in my sandwich, taste was good, but not good service and tell your workers to stop judging everyone! With comments and tone of voice that's not any of there business, my adult daughter was paying for her own, last acted as if I should be paying for them all 🙄 . Attitude is everything. The product was good but attitudes bad.

Ingredient quality was alright. Establishment was clean, the employees were nice though one was notable: Purple haired middle aged girl seemed rather off.
