The worst place I ever ate at I ordered online. I don’t have lunch until 12:00 AM. It did not give me an option for 12 o’clock 1030pm is what option I got on the app so I tried to call the store 2 different times and there is no number that works for that store so I went to pick up my food at 12 and ask for my sandwiches to be remade since it was already two hours later. The guy on Night Shift decided no he wasn’t gonna remake my sandwiches. He was gonna remake me pay for everything to remake the sandwiches argued with me and told me he will not help me. He will not serve me. He will not pay back my money either.. This guy is always disrespectful always rude always have an attitude. The store is never clean. I have worked for the factory for five years going on six and this store has always had problems with customer service and the cleanings in it On night shift . I only took one of the sandwiches out of the two and still refuse to give me my money back so at this point, I am really angry and I want my money back truthfully and I will never come back to the store. I have my receipt and I will be there first thing in the morning at 7 AM to deal with this matter.. Its extremely unprofessional and extremely unsafe and at this point I feel like calling the health District because when is it ever OK to serve Cold food that’s been sitting out for two hours to a customer that already paid for their food. It is not my fault that your store has a number listed that does not work. Nor is it my fault that they don’t give a 12 AM option on the app I was told to call the number that was on the door when I call it. It goes straight to voicemail so at this Point something needs to be done and that guy needs a better attitude Towards customers in the store

When I need food fast I can count on Raj. Every order we've placed online has been ready before estimated completion time. We only get 30 minutes for lunch so every second counts. We can count on Raj for fast quality food every time!

Most of the employees don't smile or ask how you're doing; this is an imperative if you're working in the food business. Also, they seem to be kind of ungenerous in their serving portions. I've eaten here over a dozen times in the past year and I often have to remind them to give me an extra scoop of tuna or stuff in more than 3-4 slices of tomato. Dude accidentally gave me the chicken sandwich yesterday when I had asked for the steak, not a big deal for me as I like both, but at checkout he didn't acknowledge his mistake or apologize. Very rude staff.

Honestly everytime I order here idk if is the owner or manager or whatever but who ever is there always with a nasty attitude, like dude I’m paying you is not given free. You have a job to do and I’m paying give a good service man like you guys want to charge but like give a meal with hardly anything on it . This place pisses me off bad luck we hardly have any choice around here .
