We ordered a Kid’s meal and chose Chocolate milk. My daughter had a sip of the milk and complained of bad taste. To my shock, they sold the bottle beyond its USE BY DATE.

It's funny that having travelled a lot I had the worst pizza in Italy the worst salad in France and now the worst McDonald's in the USA.

In my humble opinion I think there burgers look like ground dog food, I do like there fish sandwich but corporate America has ruined the McDonald's that I grew up with. Fourthenly we have many more choices for people like me ( a junk food junkie ) all of them better than McDonald's.

We visited due to an accident on the I-15 and the service was really slow. We placed our online order before a number of people and had to wait 15-20 minutes before we got our food and we watched everyone else be served. Also, the trash was full and the tables needed to be wiped down. The food was ok, but I've had better tasting McDonald's at other locations. Maybe the fryer was a little too hot because some of the fried food was a little overcooked.

Honestly feel bad leaving this review. The employees are usually nice, but the issue here is the food. Not sure but it seems like the food is being reheated and served. The fries are dark brown at night and taste old and over cooked. This happens if you go at night. It brings the quality down by far and probably why so many people don't like the food here.

I'm from out of state. I took my kids to the valley of fire. They were hungry afterwards so I put in a mobile order at this McDonald's for a 10 piece nugget, a medium fry and 3 drinks. When I got to the location for my order, staff didn't understand what a mobile order was. No big deal, they figured it out quickly. The lady at the window gave us our 3 drinks and asked us to pull ahead. I asked for straws. She handed me one. I said I'm sorry I have 3 drinks she sighed and handed me another straw. I said mam I have 3 drinks.... she rolled her eyes and handed me the 3rd straw. I pulled up into the spot they told me to wait in. 3 cars pulled up behind me. A white male got out of the car directly behind me and started SCREAMIMG at me to leave and get out of his way because he needed to go home. I pointed out I wasn't blocking the exit, he could go around me and that I was waiting for my food order. He continued to scream at me and then threatened to ram the back of my car. My children were very scared at this point. A McDonald's employee walked out and I begged her to help me with this angry white man. She ignored me and handed out 2 food orders to other cars. She came back with his food order and he pulled off still screaming at me. I waited another 5 mins before I went in to see why every other car had their order already. I got told "oops we forgot to check that screen" there was no apology for what happened, no compensation, no kind words. Then to top it all off the nuggets were burned and the cookies were in pieces. We went across the street and ate at subway instead. Worst experience I've ever had at any McDonald's.
Breakfast sandwiches can't beat their deals always good.

No Coffee!?!? Mc Donald’s with no coffee? Employees said that they didn’t have all the parts for the coffee makers…. What the hell? First time ever have I seen a Mc Donald’s anywhere in the world without coffee at breakfast time. Took OJ instead. OJ was watered down. Food was so so.
