cold food, ordered only fries I waited for them my fries they were soggy, another time I received my ten piece with a bite taken out of them! It may be because I used to work there but very very unprofessional. Id recommend any other McDonald’s for a simple fry.

I kinda expect fast food to be half terrible. Still this location is really rock bottom. I have to say too that I have gone here many times and yet to get food that is complete and looks edible. Either that or it will be missing or not what I ordered. I'm not sure what needs to be done but the business owner should care more about the product coming out of this location.

I ordered a large coffee. A young man gave me a coffee, not even warm. I told him it’s not hot. He made me another, tasting like water. I dumped it. I wonder if it’s possible to reuse coffee like this? Never had any issues with McDonald coffee at any other McDonald restaurant.

Every single time I just order a single Breakfest sandwich, they always ask me to pull to front and wait. Avoid this place for Breakfest. They apparently don’t know how to make them. They can’t even follow instructions either. I asked for ketchup packets and they didn’t put those in

We stood in line for 20 minutes before anyone would even acknowledge us. When we finally ordered and got our food, I asked the lady for a ranch. She snarked at me and said look in your bag. Well I never ordered one so why would there be one in my bag. I looked once again inside the bag and she one again had an attitude as she turned her back to me and said look again while continuing on what she was doing. Without giving me a ranch. She then just ignored me as I asked again nicely for a ranch. Very stuck up and rude.
Waited half hour for our food then got it and gave me a burger with cheese and mayo, nothing else, literally nothing else,I asked for bacon,ketchup,pickels and literally just mayo on my burger,at least the ice cream machine works

Man, I usually do not write poor reviews. We stopped on way home from a soccer game. It took 40 minutes to get the teams orders complete. We got here at 740. Its 830 and we are still waiting for food.
At every opportunity, supervisors avoid dealing with guests.

I went through the drive through. There was one vehicle ahead of me. I waited 15 minutes for my food. No big deal. But when I looked through my bag of food it was missing all of my fries. They had accidentally gave them to the car ahead of me who was also waiting on their food. So I wait a few more minutes for them to get the fries.
Get home and two of the sandwiches were missing ingredients. Thank goodness I planned on eating at home because there was no napkins.
