On our way to Valley of Fire State Park, we stopped at Tu Ka Khan Eatery and were pleasantly surprised. We ordered the classic club sandwich, chicken Caesar wrap, and chicken Philly sandwich. The best, I mean the best, Chilaquiles Verdes between Vegas and Mesquite NV. ? Actually, no joke! They are very tasty. It's all about the sauce, and they do it right. I highly recommend taking the time to stop by and order up a plate full.

The waitress was distracted and on her phone the whole time. She waited for us to sit down, walk up to the front, order our food, and then go sit back down. She wasn't rude but acted like customers were an inconvenience.

These people were amazing. Our waiter was so friendly and sweet. Service was on point. The food was amazing. The photos speak for themselves. The chilaquiles were perfect. The sauce was the perfect balance of spicy and sweet. The tortilla chips were covered perfectly and had a very light but perfect crunch. Eggs were just how I asked them. The chicken fajitas had a lot of flavor as well as the homemade salsa they had. I had a great experience.
