is absolutely inexcusable, and if any of these guys end up in an accident the inconsiderate people and staff should be tried for manslaughter.

Don't let the fact that this establishment is located in a highway service area deter you. The food here is truly exceptional. All made to order, handmade, and generous portions. The staff take pride in offering great customer service and at very reasonable prices. The setting is clean and comfortable, kid friendly, and they do accommodate gluten and dairy allergies.

4.3 stars. Don’t let the exterior and fact that this is a gas station eatery fool you. Celia was our waitress and recommended the chilaquiles with the green sauce. Absolutely delicious! A slight sweet with just the right amount of heat made for a solid breakfast. An order of Indian fry bed with honey for the solid win. Thank you Celia for an enjoyable breakfast before our morning of hiking.
