Awesome place to swing by when you’re in the mountains! Great bartenders, awesome food truck, and always live music on the weekends! Definitely a must see! We will be back!
I ordered a shredded beef wet chimichanga burrito with extra green sauce and cheese on top. I also ordered 4 potato tacos. Everything was excellent! fast service and reasonably priced.
Excellent food. Good portions.

Maria's Taco Shop offers authentic Mexican food with generous portions. The carne asada burrito was great with authentic flavors. The super fries, nachos, California burrito, and combo plate all hit, and the huevos rancheros were delicious with homemade beans and excellent salsas. They also have some of the best breakfast burritos in the whole Vegas area, especially with red and green chili. The vibe is peaceful and laid back with outdoor seating, picnic tables, chairs, and couches. It is a hidden gem tucked away in mountain springs with trees, little birds, and a nice breeze. It is a bit out there and worth the drive, though it is just one person cooking so it may take a minute if busy. 100% recommend.
