Went to drive-thru. Not much customers bit was a bit slow.

Stopped by on a Sunday afternoon. The lobby was closed—not a problem. Pulled into the drive-thru, but had to wait while they assisted someone on foot. Once I finally got to place my order, I was told two of the three items I wanted would take 10–20 minutes. The wait just to order was already longer than usual, and at that point, I decided to drive off without ordering. Unfortunately, not a great experience.

I ordered 2 large sides got home and was given 4 small small sides the woman who served them did this on purpose!

Employees here are always rude and careless. Every time i’ve gone to this location, i get the smallest possible pieces of chicken and hardly any fries. This popeyes definitely abuses the convenience of the location and does not care at all about qualitt or customer service.
Did the drive-thru. When I got home, I realized that my meal was missing the fries. I don’t get it! I made sure to ask for fries. I was so frustrated! I didn’t contact the restaurant because I would have yelled at them.
Employees here are always upset and have lack of professionalism. I’ve tried dining in and ordered mobile both experienced was horrible. They are nicer to people they know as they greet few patrons by first names who works at the base but good luck if you are new or some random patron. Rude and lack of attention to details. Do better, it’s a job not a punishment.
Dropped by an hour before closing and looked like no one was there. Screens were off at drive through and no one appeared to be in building at all behind counter.
Always enjoy Popeyes at Nellis. Staff is pleasant and quick.
Sorry, the chicken was cold.

Need to fix your Mobile order pick up process, would have been quicker to order in line vs doing the mobile order pick up. Disappointed that is all.
