Food is fine, but expect to receive food no sooner than 20 minutes after placing your food request.
I got the chicken teriyaki plate. The grilled chicken had a perfect crust on it, the white rice was just the right amount, and the veggies were cooked to perfection, not soggy, but not raw.

First, it took 27 minutes to get my order... I would expect this from a sit down restaurant, but not a food court place.
The food is OK. It hits the spot, but it's noting amazing to write home about. Most of the staff are very friendly.

I like the online ordering due it takes me 15mins to get to the other side of the base. Only one slight dislike and that's they give to much rice.

Unfriendly. Cannot order without catching attitude. Takes to long. Got the order wrong, had to remake and was given attitude like it was my fault they made the wrong item.

Can’t even order anything without getting attitude from the girl there. Everytime I go she’s always a problem. We need a better option on base.

Rudest customer service of my life, to the lady running the cash register you need an attitude check. placed a mobile order and she said nothing in her system so i showed her the app and the text message confirmation and she said i needed a paper receipt....from a mobile order... last time i checked i don't carry around a printer... so now im out $20 bucks.. will never go back to this place again.

It's very sad that they didn't let me in, it's only for military personnel. I hope they open another branch for those of us who aren't military personnel.
