Unfriendly. Cannot order without catching attitude. Takes to long. Got the order wrong, had to remake and was given attitude like it was my fault they made the wrong item.
Can’t even order anything without getting attitude from the girl there. Everytime I go she’s always a problem. We need a better option on base.

Rudest customer service of my life, to the lady running the cash register you need an attitude check. placed a mobile order and she said nothing in her system so i showed her the app and the text message confirmation and she said i needed a paper receipt....from a mobile order... last time i checked i don't carry around a printer... so now im out $20 bucks.. will never go back to this place again.

It's very sad that they didn't let me in, it's only for military personnel. I hope they open another branch for those of us who aren't military personnel.

It's always hit or miss for whether they have noodles or not. I wish they would just always have it in stock. I don't want to wait in line during the lunch rush to not get my noodles. It's disappointing.

They can't charge you for fountain drinks so you have to use another restaurant
It would be nice if at least one person spoke English to resolve issues quickly.
They were out of meat varieties leaving me with only chicken.
I arrived within an hour of there standing closing time and it appeared as though they were annoyed I was there as they had clearly prepped for closing the restaurant several minutes prior to my arrival.
