I only ever get a coffee Frappuccino with 5 extra pumps of frapp roast for a total of 9. I always specify that I want 5 extra for a total of 9 so that there is no confusion. It does not come with whip either but I again am specific that I don’t want any whip when I order. They never make it properly. Even after asking for it to be remade it only ever tastes like sugar and milk and always gets whip cream added. If we say anything, the staff either acts really confused or gives attitude. It’s literally the only drink I’ll order from Starbucks and isn’t something I’m able to afford regularly so I’d like for it to be made properly. Very disappointing that I feel like I can’t order from this location and will have to go to a different location farther away.

I stopped by today and had a Chai Latte (hot) with a Gouda + Egg sandwich. Service was super friendly, fast and my order was prepared correctly. What more can I ask for :)

I know this is already a known issue at this Starbucks on Nellis AFB. Everyone says the same thing. :(
Being I didn't really have another Starbucks option and would rather have supported the base. I order a very strong coffee shaken iced brown sugar Espresso about average 3 times a week. It always tastes like milk. Just milk today even more so than ever. I even pay for an extra shot hoping I'll get some expresso. After again getting pretty much milk when still adding an extra shot (never a tastesof brown sugar pumps either 🤷🏼♀️) and my co-workers that I often buy coffee for in the morning found theirs were wrong as well, I finally got fed up and decided to write this review. I'm just wasting my money.
Every time I order from another Starbucks my love for drink! Strong and delicious. I will have to venture out and start going to one on E. Craig and only order a regular hot coffee if ordering from this location.
Normally one location to another it will vary slightly but this location doesn't have it at all 😕

Crowded and busy in the mornings, but the staff is friendly. This location charges LV strip prices though - a mocha ran ~$11

I normally don't have any problems here, but today there was a female barista who gave me a lot of attitude in regards to my order. What a downgrade in customer experience.

I ordered a venti Pikes roast most horrible I ever had it tasted like it was brewed at 9:00 a.m. this morning and right now it's almost 1700 hours. For the manager at this location very shameful on your part.

Traveling to Utah through the area search for coffee shops found a Starbucks hit add and ended up in a military base. Must be military. Please update google!! Civilians can’t enter. Had to get police escort out of base.
