Traveling to Utah through the area search for coffee shops found a Starbucks hit add and ended up in a military base. Must be military. Please update google!! Civilians can’t enter. Had to get police escort out of base.

I did a mobile order for an hazelnut oat milk shaken expresso. This is what I got. It tasted horrible and not even filled. This is the second time this location has made sloppy horrible drinks. Wasted my stars and

As a Starbucks enthusiast, I expected a comfortable visit at the location near the motor speedway, but was unaware of its restricted access area. It would be beneficial for future customers if this detail was noted on Google Maps to prevent any inconveniences. Thank you!
Dont go to this location....Google maps please get it right....this is inside AFB area....we couldn't go inside because it was in a restricted area

Was told by an employee that even though I placed a mobile order and it was supposed to be ready 5 minutes ago, walk-in orders are serviced first. Total wait time was 15 minutes. It's not horrible, but why have it as an option if the order not going to be ready anyways.

The training of the people who work here needs to be reevaluated, on both customer service and the menu items. I drink blonde espresso. Every time I have been to this Starbucks my drink is made with regular espresso, for those who don’t drink blonde— it is a significant difference in taste and color between the 2. I will bring it to the counter and let them know I think this was made with regular espresso, do you mind remaking it with blonde. I always get attitude and reassured that it is blonde because the sticker says so. This has happened on 4 separate occasions. I will not be going back for coffee.

Please train your people to know how to serve their customers.. This particular one on Nellis airforce base i’m talking about. No greetings, didn’t get a receipt, and when I got to my car there were no napkins for my messy grilled cheese sandwich. Todays 20 sept 2023 at 2:20:22pm.. Thank you..
