Ordered to go on 11-10-24. There were two young boys working probably about 16-17 years old. Where is the manager??? Are the boys running the shop alone?
We ordered four 6-inch on wheat since they were out of Italian herb. Why is the wheat bread so dry? Did they leave it out in the sun for a day? The pretzels are terrible don't get them either.
Finally the young boys took twice as long as normal to make our sandwiches. Maybe if there was an adult present the entire experience would have been better. Stay Away until they get an adult working there!

A solid place to eat. They were quick to prepare our meals. The dining area was clean. The only real complaint is the front window is being held together by tape, and has been that way for months.
Good Subway. The employees are very nice and patient. Shop is always clean, and food is done correctly. Thank you, Subway employees. You rock!
Vegetarian options: It's a sub. Have them make it anyway you want, lol.

One of he staff had hair hanging to her nose while making sandwiches, that's against health code, a violation! But when asked to fix it, she blew me off! Maybe she needs another health dept course!

The service was slow but there were only 2 people working the whole restaurant. The staff was very friendly. It was clean and the food was typical for a Subway.
Has a broken window out front that's been like that for quite a few months now. I don't know what the deal is about getting it repaired. Other than that they got really good food at Subway. It's all the same stuff. It just depends on who's serving it to you and the customer service you get. I was treated with respect and helped immediately and greeted when I walked through the door which is very important to let the customers know that you will be with them shortly
Parking: Parking right to the side of the building. There's always plenty of parking there big parking lot
I had the Sweet Onion chicken teriyaki, it was really delicious. They just made a batch of bread, so l had to wait a few minutes for it to cool down. But it was worth it. Very friendly Staff.

It's a subway, and like so many businesses it is looks like it is experiencing supply chain problems. As for service it depends on which teenager is working that day if you have a good experience or an OK one. Overton is fortunate to have it as there's a lack of eateries in Overton.
