I ordered a sandwich off the secret menu, one they used to make years ago. I pay extra to get it. A simple BLT market fresh sandwich. Today I ordered one, and they put onions in it amd shredded lettuce. Its not a BLTO, its a bacon lettuce tomato. You use bread, hence the sandwich, bacon, lettuce, tomato, leaf lettuce, and mayo!!!

Wow is all I can say unreal how your food can look and taste and my sandwich soggy so thanks again for ruining my lunch and by the way the biggest complaint is make it look like the dang picture!!! Over priced food I don’t mind paying but this is wow all I can say 😖

Genuinely the best fast food place in Pahrump! Every time I’ve went in, their customer service is great. Aiden took my order and was very patient and kind. Store manager Juanita is great to her employees and so is Andrew. It really shows in their service and the food. Thank you guys!

I’m getting poor service at Arby’s on SR160. Am i the only one.
4 of the last 5 times (80%) they haven’t had potato cakes ready to go. I’ve had to pull around each time and wait in the parking lot for an average of about 10 minutes.
The last trip, I pulled around and waited, and they finally brought my order out. I didn’t check it. I got home to find out I received the wrong sandwiches.
Additionally, the potato cakes I ordered were not thoroughly cooked. They probably rushed to get them out.
I travel to Vegas often. I never have a problem there. It seems to be a local problem.

Tried it twice, both times sandwich and fry’s were cold., figured I try again 5-18-2025 food is still served cold,
Just went to Arby's in pahrump they are under weighing the beef by 3 oz on a double sandwich it's only 5.7 they tried to blame it on moisture and they didn't seem to give a crap. Maybe enough complaints and they will reset their crooked scale
