I’m getting poor service at Arby’s on SR160. Am i the only one.
4 of the last 5 times (80%) they haven’t had potato cakes ready to go. I’ve had to pull around each time and wait in the parking lot for an average of about 10 minutes.
The last trip, I pulled around and waited, and they finally brought my order out. I didn’t check it. I got home to find out I received the wrong sandwiches.
Additionally, the potato cakes I ordered were not thoroughly cooked. They probably rushed to get them out.
I travel to Vegas often. I never have a problem there. It seems to be a local problem.

Don't ever come here they skimp out on the food I've found hair in my fries and on my burgers the service is horrible especially Andrew and Juanita

Rolando served us and wow what exceptional service! He was congenial, efficient AND walked over to our table midway through our meal to ask how everything was. Great job Arby’s!

Filthiest Arby's i have ever seen in my life, Cashier was covered in dog hair ,The entire place hasn't been cleaned in who knows how ,every table was dirty,dust on everything, got food poisoning from the roast beef, Never seen Arby's in such horrible shape ever! Every employee at this Arby's should be re trained .

The employee was new so I can maybe understand that I wanted 2 PCs of fish. I asked for 2 plain fish sandwiches. I got 2 pc of fish. They gave me 2 buns. That's an inconvenience in the car. The fish is usually delicious but this time part of it was fishy tasting. I'm hoping they will do better next time.

Absolutely one of the worst arby’s i have ever been to. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND going to this location. They park every car & say it’s a 5 minute wait or so but every-time i’ve been here i’ve been parked & forgotten about. Food wasn’t fresh, i always see the employees just standing around back there talking.

Some of the nicest 👌 people (Reana? and her boss too!) work here. We were on our way to Death Valley NP and the staff here kindly put together our sandwich ingredients and breads in separate boxes. Amazing 👏

Ordered online and it was waiting for me when I arrived, Arby's did a great job and I'll return for sure. I see they're offering Happy Hour(s) specials again too. Some of them are very good deals which is another reason to return.
