I ordered the salmon with lemon

Heard so much about winery at pahrum. I was imagining myself sitting outdoor, surrounding with sea of vineyard with a beautiful winery. Drove 1 1/2 hour to find this small restaurant on the side of main road.
The only server was very friendly and she worked so hard to take care of everyone.
Irish coffee sounded so good after the drive. Again, was imaging a high ball glass with forming whip cream and dash of whisky. When the server brought a glass of black coffee/ i am sure with Jame Beam whiskey in it, and couple of half and half balls, I was speechless. She was very kind to offer me espresso Martini. I knew i should not have expected it to be a fashionable, chilled and smooth Martini in a Martini glass.
We had butt end pork for lunch. The potatoes were reheated and were not evenly temperature. Butter end pork was tender but they needed some spice make it testier.
I was very disappointed on this venture. I had too much expectations from all those good review.
Do not drive 1 1/2 hour each way to get disappointed.

Tasted 5 really good wines for $10 purchased a bottle of Cabernet Franc and received the tasting for free.

Amazing service, great food. Both the charcuterie board and their expansive drink selection were tasty. The wine tastings are a fun experience that I heavily recommend. All the wine you taste, you can also buy in bottle form.

From the moment we walked through the door, we were warmly welcomed by Louise, and we were made to feel like longtime regulars. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, setting the tone for a truly memorable evening.

Our server, Shane, was an absolute delight...joyful, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what he does. He guided us through the wine tasting with enthusiasm and expertise, making the experience both fun and informative.

For dinner, I had the baked chicken, and my husband ordered the salmon with lemon orzo... the salmon was especially outstanding. We’re already planning to come back tomorrow!

To top it all off, we enjoyed a lava cake for dessert out on the patio, where a live musician added the perfect touch to the atmosphere. It was a wonderful evening from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed our visit. Charcuterie board was great! Would like to know what kind of nuts were on it. May 26. Waitress was great. Feel she could have used help.

What a fun and amazing place! The is absolutely fantastic. We ordered our food and a flight. The wine tasting ambassador paired the wines perfectly with our food! My wife with the strawberry salad got lighter bodied wines but still dry and not sweet - her preference. Mine were bold and dry to pair with the Mac and cheese. Perfect pairing! Delicious food. Great wine! Definitely a place you need to head put to!

Anytime we go to Pahrump we visit the Artesian winery. Lol, who am I kidding, it’s the actual reason we go to Pahrump. The Artesian has wonderful staff, and they are very attentive to the needs of their patrons. Love this place, love the setting, love the service, and love the wine testing.

Beautiful, relaxing atmosphere with great people and service. I will revisit there when I return to Pahrump.

Absolutely loved this winery! Kim was engaging and knowledgeable about the wines. Enjoyed her bright, positive personality! The wines were also fantastic. We did a red flight and a glass of seductress. They were all delicious! Highly recommend a visit!

Wine tasting was very good. We did reds and had some great food choices.
