The new building looks great. Food is good. They have the kiosk as well as they will take your order at the register in the front.

It is now automation ordering with no one around to help. I will never return. I like talking to humans not machines. I left without ordering because the stupid machine would not give me the customized order I wanted. Bad move Burger King. You lost my business

Honestly I haven't eaten here is 5 to 6yrs. Imo-Nasty, I refuse to eat here, each time was a massive disappointment and full of stomach upset with nausea. I was only here with a friend recently and looking at her food made me glad I didn't try it again.

The staff is awesome, the food is cheap. We come here often so the kids can play in the playroom. BUT this facility is missing some stars because the playroom is always filthy so you have to go ask an employee to clean it, and they don't stop people from bringing their dogs here. One dog kept growling at my kid who was just running around and playing (as to be expected) then while I was eating, the dog pooped by the mat that's infront of the slide. That was gross and I don't think a dog should be allowed in an eating establishment. The owners did clean it up with napkins but that doesn't get rid of any bacteria/residue in an area kids run around barefoot.

It's getting to the point now living on social security you can't even afford to go get a burger the prices are extremely expensive just to get two meals you're spending at least $30 I'd rather have and go and get a sit-down meal better restaurant. Also having diverticulitis makes it very difficult to eat any of the sandwiches cuz they all have sesame seeds on them.

I'm not sure what the disconnect is every time I've visited this location. The statements I'm about to make come with qualifications in the restaurant/ culinary field, so I'm not wildly assuming or making things up.
There is no direction or urgency when orders come in, in relation to team members. I've watched 3 people stand and stare at the ticket screen while they argue about what fries go to what order. It was 4 medium fries for 3 different orders. The order in which the fries had come out was what was confusing them and causing a service delay.
The drive thru behaves as if suboptimal is the only way to have every rush go.
The food is what you would expect with the exception of their ability to get modifications on an order correct. Like, at all.
I don't know how a place gets like this and then stays like this. I just want my whopper, guys. It doesn't have to be this crazy fight to get it. Or BK you could hire me as a store manager, I'll have it metrics in line in 2 months or less.

The Whopper isn't just a burger; it's a testament to simple, flame-grilled perfection. From the moment you unwrap it, the smoky aroma hints at the delicious experience to come. Unlike its griddled counterparts, the Whopper boasts that signature char, lending a depth of flavor that's both savory and subtly sweet.
It's the thoughtful balance of ingredients that truly elevates it. The juicy, quarter-pound beef patty is the star, but it's generously adorned with crisp lettuce, ripe tomatoes, crunchy pickles, and thinly sliced white onions – a refreshing counterpoint to the rich beef. A slathering of creamy mayonnaise and a squirt of ketchup provide the perfect tangy and savory kick, all nestled within a toasted sesame seed bun that holds everything together without overpowering.
The Whopper is substantial without being overwhelming, satisfying without being overly greasy. It's a classic for a reason: consistently delicious, delivering that craveable flame-grilled taste every time. It’s a damn good burger because it nails the fundamentals, proving that sometimes, the best things in life are the ones that stick to what works.

Your Location Hours need to reflect your lobby and your drive thru. They currently only reflect the drive thru hours!

Either change the lobby hours to 12 a.m. or, change them online to show that the lobby closes at 10:00 p.m. and the Drive-Thru closes at midnight
