The half was 4" long.Light on turkey and stuffing. The sandwich was mostly bread. Not like it used to be.All these companies are taking back and giving you less for your money.Cook at home.

Very expensive and hardly any meat on Italian sandwich. $10.50 just for a small sandwich and bread wasn't even fresh!

Worst experience ever.... we tried to order hot food 30 minutes before closing and they told us no. I asked for corporate phone number and was refused. The person in charge wanted my number for the district manager but wouldn't give me the phone to talk to the supposed dm. Instead I was told to leave and they were closed before store hours. I understand after covid help is hard to find but if you can't cover a shift go ahead and shut down the establishment.

I love going to capriotti's inside the nugget. I especially like it on Sundays, Sunday night, Monday nights, and Thursdays during football season. I love getting a nice sandwich, a drink, and then sitting in the sports bar watching the games. Great place to do that!

My friend got brown Cole slaw on her sandwich and the manager said she just prepped it? I won’t eat there because I know they serve expired food.

Burnt meat on steak and cheese, hard to chew. To expensive now. You can eat in a restaurant for around the same price. Bye bye Caprottis.

ALWAYS GREAT! I highly recommend this place, food is great and the people who work here are polite and friendly. After a very bad experience at PORT OF SUBS over Albertsons, I went to my go-to sandwich shop and my stomach and my day got better. Thank You Capriotti's!

The pics show lack of meat and over seasoned tomatoes. Sandwiches were dryer than dry. Meat was tasteless. To much pepper on tomato. Bread dry and staled. Service was slow very slow. A snail stuck in molasses going backwards would have been faster. Plus the server has the personality of a wet fish; there was no Hi how are you no thank you very much have a nice day she acted as if she wanted to be anywhere else but at her job. Does soda machine was out of order and what they had in the cooler with very limited no Diet Mountain Dew but plenty of regular no unsweet iced tea and your choices were very very limited. You either had to take something with sugar or get water. We will never come here again!!!!!! Very very disappointing. And how do we look at the reviews prior to going in definitely would not have gone there bad reviews definitely mean you need new management and new staff! So is one review said you lost a customer yet again

Let me start by saying that I never had high expectations for a chain sandwich shop. I made the mistake of ordering 2 large subs through Uber eats today and it was a complete failure. One sandwich was missing slaw and sauce and was cut oddly. The other sandwich was again cut oddly and didn’t follow instructions in the app, and the sodas were incorrect. One regular one diet. When I ordered I hit “quantity 2” how can you get that wrong? I called the store to explain and the manager -KEO had no experience handling customers or wasn’t willing to compromise or help. He asked me to send pictures of the subs to his employees phone. He also asked me to bring the sandwiches in. My favorite part of the conversation with KEO was (I hope the district manager and GM are reading this) him saying that he’s tired of getting calls from dissatisfied customers reporting incorrect orders all day. I’m seriously at a loss here. To top this off the 2 sandwiches, chips, and drinks, plus a tip for the driver was over $80. That’s my fault again for ordering through Uber eats, however I would think that Capriotti’s management would want to correct the issue with someone WILLING to spend close to $100 on food. Big mistakes made by me and the store here.

It was not only fresh but very reasonably priced

The oversized “Bobby “ is a Thanksgiving meal on French bread. A cold sandwich with turkey, dressing and cranberry sauce (which I really never eat on Thanksgiving) but it makes the sandwich. I can hear all those cranberry lovers saying, “told ya so!” Great service too!

we had ordered (in person) 2 sandwich trays (days in advance) for a graduation party. went to pick them up at scheduled time, and they didn't have them, and they didn't care that they didn't have them. offered no solution or empathy. they ended up telling us that they gave ours to someone else that needed more. also advised that they couldn't refund the $ until the following day. that put us in a bind, because we had a party to feed in an hour. the staff member, mr.R, I'll call him, flat out ended up telling us to LEAVE!! They didn't care at all about the bind that they put us in for a special day that we waited 17yrs to celebrate. our senior is the one that specifically picked their sandwiches. never again will we use them, in any capacity.
