If I could give zero stars I would. There’s 1 car in the drive through and it takes 25 mins for 2 jr burgers which the lady tried to charge me almost $20 for two of their smallest burgers and it was cold. Like what are you guys even doing back there??? They charge you high end prices for the lowest of low service DO NOT EAT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT FOOD POISONING

The wannabe manager is extremely rude. Has no clue the difference between ranch and house dressing. But wants to get rude with a customer because they don't want house dressing. And become argumentative about it .
Friendly staff, good food, but drive-through is a little on the slow side and a bit pricey. I got 1 meal, 1 sandwich, 2 lemonade drinks came to $35.

The best lettuce-wrapped burger I’ve had! I’m not familiar with Carl’s Jr menu so I asked what option they have for low carb. The kind and pleasant person behind the counter responded “we can make any of the burgers lettuce-wrap. I chose the Bacon Avocado Double burger and OMG! You can tell the person who assembled my burger cares. It wasn’t just slapped together.

Terrible service. I Asked for grilled chicken sandwich without bacon. I Heard cashier even tell chef not to put bacon on it. When I Got home had bacon on it. Fried zucchini was soggy not cooked all the way through. Fries were double cooked. I Wont be returning.
