Had dinner there a few days ago, this was our third time. The last time I had wonton soup. It has no taste but the wonton were wonderful.. this time the noodles were dry ( they brought some broth that was kind of warm, but at this point my dish was cold. I then ask where was the spinach, and was told the chef made a difference dish before your, and it had Napa cabbage in it, so he must of just put it in yours. No let me correct it or anything... I orded the wonton by them self but this time they were not round balls but falling apart and pieces of the inside falling out and the taste not the same, they were ok but nothing like the first time.. my husband ordered a dish with catfish in it which he really enjoyed. When the bill came he was charged 4.95 on top of the 16.95 because he had catfish.. we were told it says it's a unchanged ( where there is a Very small * sign at the end) but you must look at the bottom of the menu under ( additional items) to see it) needless to say I don't think we will be returning.. Please note as a pass Resturant manager for 35 years. It would be nice to inform guess of upcharges( especially if you have not seen them order it before) and if somethings is not right just fix it.. it's all about customer service. And wanting your customers to return.

Probably the most amazing Thai food I've ever eaten. I was crazy at the blend of flavors and textures. So unique. Thus is not your average Thai place. The crispy pork belly that I had in my Thai basil was like manna from heaven. I've never had anything like it. Don't let the outside of this hidden gem fool you. Inside the strip mall exterior is an eating experience to remember.

I’ve been to plenty of Thai places all over, I will say this one really surprised me. The food was fantastic, tons of flavor and really fresh. I got the crispy pork belly and Thai broccoli as well as Panang curry. My one and only gripe is you will be paying for the quality absolutely. The portions are notably smaller than your average Thai places. Curry will come in maybe 16-20 oz which won’t leave room for left overs. Which is fine now that I know it won’t deter me from going again. Just less frequently due to cost.

We had a wonderful time here from start to finish. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful, really knowledgeable about the dishes and drinks and how they were prepared. She made sure we were happy with everything and was willing to swap out our drinks if we didn't like them when trying something new. Everything was clean, including the bathroom. The food was very flavorful and delicious, clearly made with a lot of skill and experience. The drinks and dessert as well, which included beautiful edible flowers. And the portions were HUGE--WELL worth the price.
I do want to mention that my dish, catfish pad prig king, was too salty in my opinion. However, the other flavors were so well done and well balanced and the other dishes were perfectly salted, so I'm going to assume for now it was a fluke. We will definitely be back to try more things.
We're so grateful we can get Thai food in Pahrump now, and would love to see this place stay open for many more years. My understanding is that the owner/chef commutes from Vegas. I hope he gets the appreciation and business he deserves to make it worth it. We're so happy to see the variety of cuisine in Pahrump blossoming like it is and would love for that to continue.

We randomly decided on Thai food, Chatthai was close to our hotel, turned out to be a great choice.
Good size portions, easy to share. Ask for Landon.

So I walk through the door expecting to speak some Thai and to my surprise it’s a Thai restaurant ran by 4 cowboys and cowgirls. The food on the table in front of me had just been served and it looked amazing, so I was pleasantly impressed. The menu has tons of great options but I chose to eat vegetarian with the wife. Good lord, the food was excellent, and reminded me of being in Thailand. I’ve lived 8 years in Vegas, been to every Thai restaurant. This place is hands down the best! Go here try it for yourself, enjoy and have fun.

Thank you for making Larb correctly. I had to walk out of My Thai restaurant tonight because they don’t know how to prepare Thai style larb. Much appreciated, I’ll be back.
