We are SO happy to have a Chipotle in Pahrump. The food is good and the staff is kind and professional. But.. please stop putting SO much salt on your chicken. It is so excessive, it is hard to eat. I’ve never had this issue with chicken at other locations and I hope they figure out how to season meat. It ruins the flavor of the meal.

Horrible experience !! (See photos) Employee at Chipotle stuck the marker through the burrito as you could see in the picture and They are very dirty behind the counter. Very small with the portion of food I have been eating at chipotle for many many years. This is far the worst one i have ever visited the chips barely had any chips in the bag broken crumbs. When contacting corporate about this issue, His name is Mark he can care less. He wanted proof that it was purchased at the pahrump location. He wanted proof that I purchased it After sending all the emails with info never once offered to replace my food. All Mark said on the emails were that the bkack markers used to write on the foil are nontoxic .

Had a variety of entrees with chicken or steak, and everyone in our party commented it was “way” oversalted, and nobody finished it. We called the restaurant to just let them know they may want to check with whoever was cooking (or taste the meat), and couldn’t get through the automated call system to a live person (something about “not every call can be answered by a live person”). Yes, really. :)
Hope you guys sort it out. We really like chipotle most of the time, and staff was actually great when we were ordering.

Food was okay but they are open till 11pm They ran out of fajitas So it’s convenient while being on road late night Be careful with their hot sauce It affected my stomach and a few others in my group

I've noticed that I always get overcharged at this location, if I don't purchase through the app. Last time I came here I was charged for guacamole and queso on our bowls, and we got neither. That's happened three times now.

I normally don’t make posts about restaurants. If I didn’t like them I just won’t use them again. However, I’m calling this out because how your employee treated me is not ok!
I went here on my lunch break to order. I asked for a bowl with double chick and double steak. Guy at your counter asked if I wanted double meat and said that’s 2 scoops. I said yes double meat. Your employee gave me a look and said “Are you sure you need that?” I was humiliated so I said never mind and left. I don’t need or appreciate the body shaming judgements from your staff. Don’t know if anyone will read this or care because this isn’t the 1st time I have been treated badly by your staff but I can guarantee it will be the last time. I just want to warn any plus size customers about your location. Hopefully you won’t treat them like you did me.

I waited in line for 20 minutes to get guac and chips. I get up to the counter and I’m told the only way I can get the chips and guac is to order on the app??? I order on the app and I have to wait another 15 minutes because the guy in the drive thru is the only one who can “touch” the chips and guac while everyone else is standing around doing nothing particularly the front cashier. The guy in the drive thru had order after order and there is workers sitting around doing nothing and they couldn’t even get me chips and guac? Absolute BULL!

Chicken was old did not have all my change 2 dollars very poor treatment
Usually I’m a huge chipotle fan but I have to say this location really let me down. They couldn’t roll my burrito right the first time so instead of trying with a different tortilla they just wrapped another tortilla around the one they already messed up they used two pieces of foil to wrap around my burrito and still left exposed I’m not sure if it’s the location or just the workers but I probably will not return to this one
Parking: The parking lot isn’t bad as long as you park far from the store other than that it’s hard to get out

Ordered a pick up. When I got it home, it was about 1.5 cups of food in a bowl. For 20 bucks, stay away from this place.
And when you go there , everything is an uncharged they have to keep telling you about and you still get a skimpy bowl.
