My family and I went for lunch during the after church rush yesterday. Our service was friendly, efficient, and prompt for that time of day. Each time we visit, there are no issues, and the manager has always been hands-on in taking care of the customers. For whatever reason, a customer decided to gripe about whatever issues arose with their experience. The staff bent over backwards to resolve this issue. Staff is human, and mistakes can and will be made. Just a shout out to the crew there for their hard work and not enough recognition or appreciation.

The food sat in the window, while our server was nowhere to be seen, it was cold and had to be sent back. Usually we love Denny's breakfast but this location was having problems.
