absolutely poor minded people that have no respect for the Customer asked for a refund for poor service And messed up orders Got told on the phone by the lady. They do not give refunds and hung up on me. Instantly took forever for the delivery and for the food to be cooked when it was just tater tots with cheese. Took almost an hour and a 1/2 for delivery. Don't use Domino's Pizza curb side delivery. My husband checked in at 8:38 pm that he was there for pick-up. Our pizza showed it was ready at 8:33 pm. No one ever came out until I called the store at 8:58 pm to ask where our pizza was. Employee said that they don't know get notified when someone is there for curbside. What's the point of curbside then? I asked for a credit like a free pizza and the manager declined. I hate to be a Karen, but this poor service is unacceptable....read full review
My wife and I took advantage of a 50% off sale on pizzas 2 weeks ago. We ordered a large thin crust Extravaganzza, no mushrooms, and added bacon on one pizza. The second pizza was a large thin crust Deluxe with added pineapple. The Extravaganzza had so little toppings but lots of mushroom which we did not want.
