I placed an order online and it said 8-13 minutes for it to be ready. Almost an hour later it was ready, my pizzas didn't even go through the oven at the same time.

Great tasting pizza for an affordable price. Always fresh and delicious.
Normally I don’t leave bad reviews but, I ordered 4 pizzas tonight and 3 of them were horrible. Half of the 3 were just all dough called the store they did offer to replace them but I had already gave my kids food as they were hungry. All they said was sorry.

Special 50% off coupon this week... don't bother! Half the crust. Half the sauce. Less than half the toppings. When I called to let a mgr know, her response was "I'll send the driver back & cancel your order" & hung up. No thank you. No we're sorry it didn't meet your regular expectations. Just rude! And I even paid for extra toppings. Usually this would be 5 🌟... not tonight. Btw it wasn't just me. Every one of us said it was horrible. RUDE MANAGEMENT.
PS - it also took 1 hour!! Usually it's hear 30 minutes from the time I put in our online order. The manager couldn't care less when I prefaced my complaint with the fact that I am a 9 year customer who eats their pizza AT LEAST once a week.

Domino's Pizza, they've been around for a while...but, sometimes things do improve over time. Domino's has gotten better with time. Or maybe it's just the one closest to me?. Mostly delivery, that's why it's taken so long to post this. sure a few mistakes have been made but the food is good, delivered fast, and hot! Thank you Domino's Pizza, you've saved my backbone from being eaten by my empty stomach, many times.

Hi just have to add this comment we live in Burson Ranch there are close to 500 homes here there are more subdivisions to be built just out of your radius buy one mile so you are not catering to about 1,000 customer for the sake of driving one more mile . Um is this profitable….nope don’t think so . Get smart work smarter not cheaper!!!!

I had a problem with Uber eats in whom I ordered from for Domino's here in town, so I reached out to the store directly to correct a delivery issue, well to my delight a young man by the name of Lucas resolved every problem related to Uber eats. I recommend to all that if you do business at the Pahrump Domino's, ask for Lucas, he's an upstanding person that one can rely on. Chef James

The management is horrible in fixing problems. Just yell at staff in front of customers and not fixing the problem just making it worse. Called gm today and just stated she would talk to the employees but nothing to help with the way I was treated.
