This use to be my favorite pizza place but recently their pizza is not what it used to be.

If I could give yall a zero if I could. This store always takes an hour to make the order. To top it off, I order wings and there is never any sauce. Last time I tried asking for more twice because the first two times, there was barely sauce. Half the wings were not covered. Some old lady in the back got mad and started rolling her eyes and talking to her coworkers loudly about me. Right in front of me. Super rude old lady. So not only is the food garbage lately, but the staff is rude and unapologetic.

Ordered for curbside pick up. Arrived on time. They brought out my order and gave it to another vehicle. Even though we were honking our horn and yelling at them. Went inside to pick up the pizza and was told it was already delivered to me. Had to wait for them to remake my order. Between getting there and leaving was over 30 minutes. Was not happy about having to wait for my order.

Just what I expected which was way better than what I could have expected after reading the reviews. No complaints food is at delicious standard.
The pizza was amazing, I had just came home from the hospital, after 5 days. My granddaughter answered the door to the delivery guy. I was away from the door so he couldn't see me because I wasn't dressed appropriately. He was upset at my granddaughter because he wasn't tipped ! I had explained to him that I just got home from the hospital. He was still mad. I won't be ordering from them anymore. He wasn't too nice to my granddaughter and she's only 12.

Order 2 pizzas was told 15 mins ended up waiting over 40 mins because they couldn't call my name. When asked they told me it was my fault they didn't call my name.

You know you try to give people multiple chances. Just can’t seem to get an order correct. Beef jalapeno and chicken pizza they swapped the chicken for pepperoni and didn’t bother to tell us and missed the jalapenos altogether. We never received anything for the mistake.
The next time I got a garlic crust pizza and when they missed the garlic and we brought it back politely. The older guy working the register was rude complaining that we were just wanted more garlic. Yeah the garlic was missing, garlic would be appreciated. Instead he was an ass. Forget whatever deals they have going on it’s not even worth it.
This is the second wrong order from these guys. This time it was caught away and the pizza was brought right back to them for proof. Ordered a parmesan garlic crust pizza only to have a plain one. I showed proof that the crust was plain (only ate one slice before realizing the error) and was told to just sprinkle some garlic sauce on top of the crust and call it good or wait 20-30 minute for another pizza. Due to the wait and living far away I opted for the garlic sauce, and overheard (who I assume is the manager) rudely tell his staff that I just wanted extra garlic and that the pizza was done right and basically was a needy customer.. next time wait for the customer to actually leave the premises before talking behind their back ... The time prior to this I had ordered jalapeno with beef and chicken pizza only to arrive home with a pepperoni and chicken pizza. Apparently they had ran out of beef and swapped the meat without warning/consent and forgot about the jalapeno altogether.

This place will make your kids sick dont buy food here everyone complains and they dont do anything about giving everyone food poisoning..... most people stay clear of this place but the name is so famous it keeps the people coming tell they are up all night throwing up and cleaning up kids throwing up...

It burns when i ee And sometimes ive had the best experience at dominos and reminds me as a kid with my in the stuffed crust. And two tiny little pepperoni for And my favorite is drinking that garlic sauce from those squeeze one reminds me of my dad And its a great place to draw and watch these funny exotic animals behind the the glass and they sometimes have time away from punching cold dough and throwing cheese at it they talk back And i relate sorry for them things iwonder if they eeee burn

The Delivery Driver delivered to the wrong house. I called the store right away, the person on the phone argued with me saying his driver even met me at my door.
It Can’t happen. He can’t get through my gate, and my horse was at it, and so were we, hanging out in our garage waiting.
After arguing, and proving his driver was wrong and didn’t verify the address, he told me he couldn’t expedite the order because there was about an hour and a half of orders in. He still acted like I was lying by his tone in my opinion.
Are you kidding me? Even after delivering the order to the wrong address they couldn’t do right by it and push the order ahead to fix the problem.
I had to ask him to look at google earth and see my house, the color and the car in front of it with our horse. He still didn’t seem like he believed me.
He didn’t want to make anything work to fix the situation because they were busy. So I had to have a dinner party ruined by terrible customer service and a driver who can’t read a four number address right.

When I see the commercials on TV, and they show the toppings on the Pizza it makes me so upset that the one I get from this store looks nothing like it. They're so cheap with the toppings. I've had slices with no toppings and hardly any sauce and cheese on it. They leave a good 3-4 inches that they don't put anything between the crust and where the sauce starts, you can't even see the cheese on it. It's disgusting how the Pizza from this store looks absolutely, nothing like the commercials. What a rip off!!! It's so dry you can barely swallow it 😩 The atmosphere there is so phoney, they try to act like they care but all the while they're ripping you off with their cheaply made pizza!
