Not much of a complainer but omggggg Every single time I come to this JITB I end up either end up waiting IN THE DRIVE THROUGH over 20mins with maybe 1 other car (apprx 9pm-11pm) which I get later at night maybe slower but Jesus I could get a faster meal at a steakhouse! Orrrrr if not in the drive through I get asked to pull forward 90% of the time and wait 15-29min parked onin the front. Many times they have messed order up missed items, etc, management really needs to evaluate this location!

Holy cow. The employees and management just don’t care. Wait twenty minutes one would think it’s because they’re making fresh food; nope! Stale bread, cold friend a a room temperature milkshake. Avoid Pahrump jack in the box at all cost.

Friendly service, live cashiers, which is a must in my book. Clean tables and clean bathrooms, but you must ask for a code to use the bathroom, which is annoying. You must buy something before using the restroom. It's not a big deal unless you're in a hurry. We were disappointed they were out of mini tacos. But maybe next time.

My first time to a jack in the box and I really liked it. They didn't get my order perfect but what we received was very good. Service was fast and friendly.

Now that's a Burger! I had the Swiss Buttery Burger and it was awesome it just needs more Bacon 😋. I'll tell you this though...... Jack in the Box in Utah sucks. The people in Nevada at Jack in the Box know how to make a Burger!!
They make you wait outside after drive thru order and it happens so many times just so there drive thru clock does not show how bad their timing for drive thru is.

Sent to park and wait for order. Watched car next to me get my order, try the fries, and then get his order. Employee tried to give me the order that the other customer fingered. Waited another 12 minutes for my new order burgers were cold.

Ordered chicken sandwich, 6 tacos and curly fries. The fries i was giving i observed sitting there when I walked in. I waited ten minutes to order and 8 minutes to get my food after that... last time I go there... always some issue and worse each time
