Food is often very oily, dried out or cool. The services can be good but unfortunately they are often bad. The atmosphere is chaotic and loud as all fast food establishments are. However with all that said, late night snack attack or cheap dinner on the run, its does the job.

Hardly any lettuce on my tacos. I asked for 3 egg rolls and got one. He change the screen in the drive through so fast I could make a correction. My smash burger was mediocre. Few onions and not cooked well. All very disappointing. It seems that all other new JITB stores pay much more attention to quality than this one in Pahrump NV. Sad, because it's one of the few fast food stores I go to. ...................................if this happens again, I will not be going to this store ever again. Save my JITB EXPERIENCE for stores in Las Vegas that don't scrimp on lettuce and onions. The visual experience is just as important as the eating one.

Not much of a complainer but omggggg Every single time I come to this JITB I end up either end up waiting IN THE DRIVE THROUGH over 20mins with maybe 1 other car (apprx 9pm-11pm) which I get later at night maybe slower but Jesus I could get a faster meal at a steakhouse! Orrrrr if not in the drive through I get asked to pull forward 90% of the time and wait 15-29min parked onin the front. Many times they have messed order up missed items, etc, management really needs to evaluate this location!

Holy cow. The employees and management just don’t care. Wait twenty minutes one would think it’s because they’re making fresh food; nope! Stale bread, cold friend a a room temperature milkshake. Avoid Pahrump jack in the box at all cost.

Friendly service, live cashiers, which is a must in my book. Clean tables and clean bathrooms, but you must ask for a code to use the bathroom, which is annoying. You must buy something before using the restroom. It's not a big deal unless you're in a hurry. We were disappointed they were out of mini tacos. But maybe next time.

My first time to a jack in the box and I really liked it. They didn't get my order perfect but what we received was very good. Service was fast and friendly.

Now that's a Burger! I had the Swiss Buttery Burger and it was awesome it just needs more Bacon 😋. I'll tell you this though...... Jack in the Box in Utah sucks. The people in Nevada at Jack in the Box know how to make a Burger!!
