Mister box needs to visit this store and fix it. I ordered the ultimate cheeseburger. It was 2 pieces of meat with 2 slices of cheese, not melted. It looked like it came right out of the fridge. It had with some kind of a nasty sauce on it. I've been to Jack in the box several times where I live, Portland Oregon they were very good this was BAD. They had some sort of hip hop music that was turned up so loud that it was hard to talk to my friends that had their lunch with me. My box has his work cut out for him at this store.

I wanted to try the new smash burger because I heard it was the best ?Totally the opposite, the worst burger on earth. And at over $7 with tax. Even $1.99 would be too much! Yuk ? ?

Got off work for lunch and went through the drive through, ordered two tacos and a chicken sandwich… figured these people could do the basics of required by the job, tacos was cold like it was in the fridge, thanks allot and also believe a manager handed them out so that’s awesome.. way to go on checking the food, did you guys not feel cold tacos ? or just didn’t care .. this whole place needs to be revamped starting with management.. until then this place will continue to be the worst place to order and n pahrump.

Stopped for breakfast this morning, waited 20 minutes out front for my food and ended up leaving without the food I paid for so I wasn’t late for work. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere unless you like waiting a half an hour for fast food.

The wait in the drive-thru took RIDICULOUSLY long.... but the cashier was friendly and apologetic. I don't like complaining.... but this was a ridiculously long time. Not sure what the hold up was?? My order was SUPER simple and short, like 2 thinks....

1st time at Jack in the Box. Food lacks flavor except the churros dessert. Fries & onion rings were crisp. Our biggest focus was the main meal. It wasn't great, but we were quite surprised by how tasty those churros are!!! We went back just for those the next day after our meal elsewhere!
Always a great place to go for a late night snack or meal the loaded teeny tacos are the bombParking: There is ample parkingWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility is right in front of main entrance very easy access the store layout inside is very acceptable for the movement of wheelchairs for I should know my wife is in a wheelchair and I have to push her around in one around It is kind of difficult in some restaurants because the tables are too close ,But inJack in the Box their is enough room to maneuver with a wheelchair
