Went to Jimmy John’s Pahrump today to order dinner for the family. Entered my phone number only to find out I had no points to redeem. This after spending and ordering many sands from several spot including Vegas and Pahrump. Was told I needed to use an app on my phone to get and redeem points. That shouldn’t be. I have enough apps on my phones and to enjoy rewards should not be forced to use an app when you can enter a phone on their kiosk. My favorite sandwich and because of this incident, I will most likely never buy Jimmy John’s again. Can’t believe those points never got posted. Didn’t start buying because of points but since it was taken away…..

I was greeted by all the employees as I walked in. One person making more bread as the other took my order. Store was clean and saw employees washing hands in between each task. My order was taken and customized to how I like it. My sandwich was made correctly. All ingredients were so fresh. Bread roll was pillowy with slightest crunch to crust. All veg were so cold and crisp. Loved it. Y'all get a 5 star from me

the service sucked, it took them almost 30 minutes to get me and my family 5 sandwiches. they had no ice in the soda machine, most of the sodas were just soda water but there was no carbonization, and on top of the it took them 15 mins to refill the ice and fix the soda machine.

Told us they ran out of bread when we walked in have to wait to bake more, then No ice in the soda machine, all but like 2 sodas in the machine are empty of syrup, no gas in the sodas they do have, just flat syrup. Absolutely flabbergasted at the lack of basic anything we've paid for. I'm about to cancel my order and walk out. Yall should be embarrassed you're managing a restaurant so terribly. Zero stars.

I bought a $20 loaded meat sub which was some meat and a Hard Bun...the lettuce was a joke as was the sub. Talked to manager, she said SUE THE COMPANY, You bought it..You got it. I showed the SUB in the Casino...lol as they all Said...WORST PLACE IN PAHRUMP. MY FAMILY AND I WILL NEVER COME THERE AGAIN!!!!!👨👩👧👦🐾🇺🇸😔

Ordered my usual Gargantuan. First time at this location. Sandwich had a total of one and a half tomato slices. Three half sliced tomato slices to be exact. I was ripped off by these disingenuous ,cheap pirates. Will not return to this location. Beware
