Fresh, hit, accurate. I appreciate the attention to detail here. Significant improvement since my first visit in 2024.

There’s constant problems with this place. Often I incur long wait times, the soda fountains are out of Pepsi, and sometimes I get the wrong order. Today I got the wrong order despite waiting 10 minutes more than the quoted time on my app. BUT I’m giving them 5-stars because the staff at least made up the inconvenience to me 🙂 Sometimes all you need to do is show you tried and are truly remorseful in action form. I’ve had many restaurants just say “sorry” like they were empty words. But these guys made the effort. So 5-stars 👍👍👍👍👍

I don't think i've ever seen chicken strips like this before. The picture looks better than in person. I thought they were wings. It was okay. Just a bit disappointed next to carls chicken strips and some other places.

This KFC is ABSOLUTELY THE WORST KFC location I have ever visited...and I will never be back. Where to start? The staff was awful...you could tell none of them wanted to be there, and the last thing they had any interest in doing was serving customers. We placed a mobile order, the app told us it was ready, went in the store, only to be told by the rude, bored staff that it wasn't ready. After waiting 20 minutes, we got our order. The Famous Bowl was made incorrectly, the potato poppers...there are supposed to be 5 in an order...only had 4 in it, and sauce that I had ordered wasn't included either. I also watched a staff member handle the garbage cans on the dining room floor, then go to the front counter to take an order and handle money, and then go to the back and put the food order together...NEVER ONCE WASHING HIS HANDS OR PUTTING ON GLOVES. This is disgusting on more levels than even I can imagine. I would encourage anyone to think twice before going to this particular location to eat. The staff is terrible, customer service is zero, and food safety/cleanliness isn't a priority whatsoever.

Absolutely the worst KFC I have ever been in. Never seen one so Dirty and with Rude Staff. Not to mention they messed the entire order up. So I went back 2 weeks later thinking maybe ot was a bad day NO this time was worse. Kid changes trash goes and handles money then makes food NEVER WASHED his Hands. Disgusting PLACE. Manager was rude after I stood and waited 20 minutes for my mobile order....NEVER AGAIN

I’m retired now just visiting my sister here. I’m a retired chef for 35 years. I ordered paid $38 dollars got the wrong order went home about 5 miles before I realized it was still not the right order. Went back and gave me what I didn’t order again! They told me to park out front and someone would bring out the food. Right on the check it said the guy in the red car but seen the young kid take my order to the wrong car. The manager was a box of rocks. What a disgusting waste of my time and money.
Entrance doors are to hard to open. Injury risk. Doors still broke..

Come here almost everyday and there's no one here when I come and everytime they make us drive to the front and wait. Even for a small order? They are just trying to save on drive thru time and make people pull around and wait. If that's the case why have a drive thru at all
