Kasandra was absolutely awesome!!! She called to let me know my order would take longer for pickup due to the pot pie still needing 8 minutes to cook, she then called when it was ready for pickup. Everything was fresh and hot and delicious

Ordered 12 meal- asked for 1 side of potato/gravy, corn and coleslaw. I received 2 potato/gravy and 1 coleslaw. This was after waiting for 10 minutes in front after paying in the drive thru. The wait wouldn't have been so bad if we were given the food that we ordered.

I wanted to leave a review because I’ve recently seen some negative ones, and they honestly don’t reflect my experience at all. I’ve been to this KFC several times within the last few weeks, including again recently, and the food is always hot, fresh, and delicious. You can smell it as soon as you walk in—it really feels like everything is cooked with care. My favorite are the chicken tenders, but everything we’ve had has been great. Tuesdays are a favorite because of the $10 special, and it’s nice that they offer deals on other days too. This location is also very clean, which says a lot and really stands out compared to other fast-food places. My two little ones love it, which makes it an easy choice for us. Yes, you may have to wait a few extra minutes sometimes—but that’s because they’re cooking the food fresh when you order, not letting it sit around. That kind of care means a lot. I truly hope people give this location another chance. They’re doing a great job, and we’ll definitely keep coming back.

Constantly below par as fast food goes, all bad reviews suggest poor management. KFC's in other city's are much better. I feel corporate intervention is needed to bring this location to where it needs to be to maintain franchise standards.

Fresh, hit, accurate. I appreciate the attention to detail here. Significant improvement since my first visit in 2024.
