Ordered online. Manager called to let me know my order would be about 35 minutes (I wanted all 8 pieces to be the same kind). Called me to let me know my order was ready earlier than expected. Fresh, hit, accurate. I appreciate the attention to detail here. Significant improvement since my first visit in 2024.
There’s constant problems with this place. Often I incur long wait times, the soda fountains are out of Pepsi, and sometimes I get the wrong order. We had four pieces of original-style fried chicken, a biscuit, fries, and fountain drinks. The chicken was as good as any we have ever had and the biscuit was the best ever! Service was great. All together a wonderful meal at a very reasonable price.
