They burnt all 3 Italian Cheese Bread that I ordered. Refused to acknowledge that they were burnt. Worker said that it looked exactly like the picture on their menu. It absolutely did not look like it at all. They refused to do anything about it. I contacted the corporate office and told them about the incident. I didn't know how long it could take so I called them and talked to someone else. I told her about the burnt food and said I would have to bring it back up there. I told her that I already did and that her coworker said that was how it's supposed to look. I had asked other people that were also working at the time if this is how it's supposed to look and every single other employee were to afraid to speak up and disagree with them for fear of retaliation. Now right at the end of the call after she agreed to take a look if I brought it back yet again I tried to ask her for her name and she hung up. I called back to try to get her name and the guy that refused to help me the first time answered and said that he would give me a refund but I was not allowed to come back. So I understand why their employees are scared to speak up against poor food quality as this guy is so vindictive that he is not allowing me to come back because I complained about the food being burnt. I wouldn't recommend this establishment for any reason for if you complain about the quality of the food you order or the quality of service from the people that work there, you could be 86'd next.

My kids love this place. The staff is super friendly and we usually don't have to wait too long for our pizza. Sometimes the phones can be be busy and they can be hard to get ahold of, so I prefer to go in person. The food isn't that bad and is super affordable.

Today, I had a disappointing experience at this location. I was denied the free cookies that usually come with the purchase of two pizzas. I sent my daughter inside to order since I wasn’t feeling well, and she was told that the cookies are only for smaller kids. When I went inside to ask about the cookies, I was spoken to dismissively, as if I didn’t have younger children myself. It felt strange and somewhat discriminatory, and I couldn’t help but wonder if it was related to our race or just a bad day for the employee. Despite not feeling well, I remained professional, but the employee continued to be rude. When I spoke to a manager, she apologized for her employee’s behavior, but that didn’t resolve the situation. After this experience, I’ve decided I won’t be returning. If you are of color, please be cautious when supporting this business.

I don’t know how this establishment is ran but I saw 6 employees in the back,it shouldn’t take a hour for 1 hot and ready pizza to be made for better business you should have a couple of workers focus on walk in customers and the rest handle call in orders and deliveries

Apparently they have new help. This is what our stuffed crust pepperoni looked like. It looked like a deranged mess and the crust was not stuffed. I'm a little mad about this! And they were out of the sauces we ordered.
