We haven't eaten fast food in about 6 months and for good reason. Always a disappointment. Ordered 10 piece chicken nuggets which were old, spent $3.59 for medium fries which were cold and stale, good deal on the double cheeseburgers but looked like they were thrown on the floor. Is it too much to ask for food to be presented nicely, hot and fresh? The standards have really declined if there are any left. $15 for junk.

i DREAD coming here. i spend 30+ minutes every time i visit, no matter if its drive thru, mobile order, or going inside. and the night crew is 10x worse. on top of that my order is 99% always wrong. i havehalf the right order and half of someones elses or its just all wrong

i live here in pahrump and i usually never have a problem other than the fries! McDonalds is known for their golden fries are never fresh and golden.!!!!! I don’t really mind most of the time but today the lady messed up my order multiple times and all i asked was for a number 9 and number 7! the lines were incredibly long and now i know why!!! the girls boyfriend was standing there IN THE DRIVE THRU!, NO CAR! and she’s standing there laughing. like focus on your job while you still have it! be aware of this girl. it’s 2025

Waited 10 minutes for soggy fries that had no salt on them. A shame, considering it was the free fries from the Las Vegas Golden Knights scoring the prior night. Don't come here if you want decent food, because you won't find it here. Flies are everywhere in the restaurant. Edit: After another order, I waited 10 minutes for a hot and spicy and it was barely warm temperature-wise. Management is sloppy and constantly messes up orders, wait times too long.

So when did Mc Donald's turn in to a one pump chump? We ordered two hot fudge Sundays and received a tablespoon if that on our Sundays we had to ask for more and of course the guy said I will have to charge you! What? Did they just change how they make a sunday? I refuse to come back to this store! And by the way you need to get people that are informed in their positions so that their explanation for why things are done a certain way makes sense to the customer.

Waited for an hour to get my food then it was lukewarm. They said that it was because the soda machine wasn’t working and because I wanted a Coke they could’ve informed me of that at the beginning to order something else. Instead, they held my order over a Coke I told them to give me a water. They finally brought the food 15 minutes later With no water I approached them again asked for my Coke if it was machine was fixed, which they said it was then the guy walked around for five more minutes just to get me a Coke. The service was absolutely horrible today. They should’ve informed me at the very beginning. The Cook machine was not working And everybody else had had to wait for an 45 minutes to an hour. I don’t know what’s going on with this McDonald’s it used to be really good service but the last few times I’ve been here it’s been slow. We even came once where they had the playground shut down right after church on a Sunday, which is one of the busiest times and they said it was shut down because it was being cleaned and it has cleaning times on it what time they are going to clean it and it’s not at that time. You would think they would be offering you something free or a free meal for the inconvenience. Apparently the management isn’t training the employees to make it efficient.

The two times, I've gone I received stale undercooked fries. Rest of my order was fine. The first time fries were so salty you couldn't even eat it. I don't think I'll be back.

Just left this McDonald’s ordered three of the Mc double meal deals. I asked them to put each of the meals in separate bag because I am a mother and I am driving so I will not have to sort out the food. I reminded them at the second window that I needed it in separate bags. I then got parked. It took them about 10 minutes to bring me my food out in ONE bag and they just threw the extra bag inside of the one bag that was nothing but laziness. I then looked through the bag while I was sitting there there were no dipping sauces in the bag so I called in to the McDonald’s asking if they could bring them out because I have a baby and two other children in the car the guy said OK we’ll be right out in just a second… 10 minutes went by. Nobody came out so I sent my daughter in to get the sauce. She was in there for about 5 to 10 minutes so I then got upset got out of the car and had the flag down one of the employees telling her that I’ve been waiting for 10 minutes for simple sauce. The girl cut me off while I was talking and said what kind of sauces are they went and grab them put them in my hand without an apology and turned around with an attitude. I said no apology. Oh, OK when I turned around, the girl said sorry we’re short staff. I then told her that that’s not an excuse. My first job was at McDonald’s and it doesn’t matter how behind you are. Customer service is priority. Fast food has gone downhill because these kids do not care about their job. If you’re going to be behind and already be moving slow at least make sure the order is accurate. AND BE APOLOGETIC l. My food was ice cold and disgusting by the time. I actually got to eat it
