Just left this McDonald’s ordered three of the Mc double meal deals. I asked them to put each of the meals in separate bag because I am a mother and I am driving so I will not have to sort out the food. I reminded them at the second window that I needed it in separate bags. I then got parked. It took them about 10 minutes to bring me my food out in ONE bag and they just threw the extra bag inside of the one bag that was nothing but laziness. I then looked through the bag while I was sitting there there were no dipping sauces in the bag so I called in to the McDonald’s asking if they could bring them out because I have a baby and two other children in the car the guy said OK we’ll be right out in just a second… 10 minutes went by. Nobody came out so I sent my daughter in to get the sauce. She was in there for about 5 to 10 minutes so I then got upset got out of the car and had the flag down one of the employees telling her that I’ve been waiting for 10 minutes for simple sauce. The girl cut me off while I was talking and said what kind of sauces are they went and grab them put them in my hand without an apology and turned around with an attitude. I said no apology. Oh, OK when I turned around, the girl said sorry we’re short staff. I then told her that that’s not an excuse. My first job was at McDonald’s and it doesn’t matter how behind you are. Customer service is priority. Fast food has gone downhill because these kids do not care about their job. If you’re going to be behind and already be moving slow at least make sure the order is accurate. AND BE APOLOGETIC l. My food was ice cold and disgusting by the time. I actually got to eat it

This McDonald's is the worst but we only have 1 in town so I cross my fingers and hope for the best. Every single time my orders are wrong. Fries are cold and stale. I went today and they were far from busy and yet again, cold stale fries and burger was made wrong and seemed like it was sitting for a long time. Another disappointment.

I've been coming to this place for years, probably all my life; not everyday but this was a go to since childhood. However, over the years so many things have changed. I've dealt with good and bad and overall had okay experiences. I can say one main thing now that I'm a mom; I wish they didn't give you the same toys for kids meals. My two littles don't like when their toys are the same as it creates so much conflict at home with who didn't lose theirs and whatnot! Staff moods kind of depend on the day you're there.

I placed a mobile order, when we got there we were behind the car that was at the speaker, for 25 minutes! If I had not placed an order I would have left. When we got our food the hamburgers were hard as rock! I want my money back!
