Ordered through the App. Chose table side service where they bring the food out to you. They left the bag on the counter in the front with my table number on it instead of bringing it out. Could have been easily tampered with or taken by another guest. Went to the front later to ask for water. Waited and ignored by every worker as they passed the counter several times. I verbally confronted one and asked for help. After asking for water, an employee said that someone else would help me eventually I just needed to wait. Person behind me in line got impatient too and asked for a straw which was given to her before anyone helped me. Asked again and eventually was given water. The workers are clearly trained to ignore customers unless they are verbally confronted or you get in their way to stop them. This kind of customer service could easily lead to altercations. If there was a customer with a medical emergency, I don’t think an employee would help. Which could lead to legal issues. If you’re wanting something, your best bet is to stand where the employees exit the kitchen area and block them from going into the kitchen area. They would then have to pay attention to you. I suggest forming a line there. The kiosk in the middle of the store where they SHOULD have an employee who can take your order NEVER had an employee at it. I have never been to a McDonald’s where people are looked past and ignored as if they don’t exist. It’s the weirdest feeling.

Do yall even cook the fries? Everytime they are not fully cooked. The cook time was mastered decades ago, just follow the buttons, why does it seem like you guys pull them way before? Bunch of soggy fries, its gross.

Worst customer service ever. Sitting in a drive through a hile.they take 5 other cars in the other line. Then the orde r is wrong when the food comes out. Then they get snotty when you want your order corrected. Shut it down.

I just had the worst experience at this McDonalds. I waited 10 minutes inside to get help and just got ignored. Went through the drive through and a person named Arion was so rude and unprofessional. She got so upset after taking my order wrong so many times, she walked away. A new person came and told me pull forward. She repeated the order wrong several times and then called a manager. The manager voided and took our order.

Whoever is packing these orders needs to do a better job. This isn’t the first time I’ve had missing items. My son’s happy meal came without the drink. The 6 McNuggets are non existent and the frappes are all watery and the mocha has caramel instead of chocolate.

It took over 30 minutes to get some of our “fast” food, an additional 10 minutes to get my son’s food. I asked for my money back at 30 mins and I was basically ignored by 3 employees. It wasn’t crazy busy.
