When it was finally my turn, they made at least 15 plates for drive-thru customers before even acknowledging me, completely ignoring me while I stood there. I then had to wait another 15 minutes just to be served.
To make it worse, the food was unacceptable. My noodles had almost no noodles at all — just onions.
This was honestly the worst service, worst staff, and worst overall experience I’ve ever had at any Panda Express. Extremely disappointed and definitely won’t be coming back.

The workers are so rude and the food is old. So many times I've gotten old food. And when you get it to go, they don't even fill the container all the way up. They don't honor their Wednesday deals. When you play the game. And when you ask them for help with your points to explain it , they're very snotty about it. They act like you're putting them out.They don't like to have to explain anything. Do it yourself a favor and go to China a go.Go.The food is fresh the people there are wonderful.You won't be sorry and the prices are reasonable.

Informed the manager that the fried rice was under cooked and not soft. She said I’ll let them (staff) know yet just sat there even talking to an employee but never looked into the complaint. So, I take it we are yesterday’s fried rice.

Went in to get food in the 10 minutes it took me to get to the counter I observed several heath code violations 1) sever cleaning exterior windows wearing kitchen apron. 2) server wearing heavy makeup and false eyelashes 3) manager texting then pocketing her phone, handling food prep without washing hands. 4) server dropped receipt on the floor picked it up placing it on service counter(did not wash hands) continued serving food. Everyone working looked like they were still in high school and don't care about food safety.
