Came in a few days ago to try the donuts and they were stale. When I went to leave a review, all I saw was reviews on how amazing the donuts were so I figured it was the time of day I went in. Tried them again this morning and the donuts were stale! I would like to take a moment and think the shop for reminding me to stay local. Corporations are not the way to go, they overcharge you for underwhelming food. Please put more effort into your donuts tasting good instead of looking alright

Edit: I saw in other replies you bake them all in a few factories in Vegas
If your donuts are baked daily, get new bakers, a new recipe, or actual make them in Pahrump because the drive is ruining them, these donuts are horrible.

Ill also leave a screen shot of chatGPT explain how you guys are corporate incase you were confused about the company you work for.

Edit edit: reading the other reviews and seeing that you only apply to one star reviews leads me to believe that a lot of your five star reviews are not real or are friends, coworkers and family. Including the five star review above me, that literally contradicts every single review, including your other five star review stating your donuts are good but “too sweet” 😂
But as you said I won’t believe everything I read on the Internet, like your replies.

Fun fact: people are more inclined to believe a non biased AI than to believe somebody working for the company with ulterior motives. People aren’t perfect either, I’d love to say they’d get there, but we never will.

Donuts are delish, service sux! Hours say open till 9!!! Not true , I have been there three times this week at 8:10 PM and it’s already all cleaned up and the girl turns me away. I actually still have time now before 9 o’clock which it says that’s the time they close probably waste my time and gas because most likely for the fourth day in a row They won’t be selling… besides donuts that taste like cigarette smoke aren’t too tasty

We bought 2 doughnuts which were very fresh and tasty. Our cashier chubby male around 30 years old was rude and also can’t count the money. He gave us wrong change and when we told him how much he owed us he said “just take your money “ almost screaming and rolling his eyes. He didn’t wear his badge so his name is unknown. But if I had time then I would talk to the manager. That was one of the worse and also my first experience at pink box.

We moved here just short of a year ago, and found that this seems to be the key place to buy quality and variety donuts aside from the grocery store. It’s a chain place, so the prices do reflect it. The service here is always great, welcoming staff and good management. We usually come a few times a week for our sweet tooth and grab some of the more “simple” donuts. I did try the James Brown Donut when it was featured and as sweet as it was, it was delicious. Kids will love the vibrant colors, designs and themes of the donuts, so if you’re traveling make sure to stop in!

Best donut shop in Pahrump! Great selection, very interesting donut flavors and they're always fresh! They also have delicious coffee and lattes. Matt and LJ and the rest of the staff are awesome! Definitely worth checking out.
