I had the best experience at Pink Box Doughnuts! The doughnuts were out of this world—fresh, creative, and absolutely delicious. I want to give a special shoutout to LJ, who was incredibly nice and helpful. LJ went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Amazing service and even better treats. Got there an hour after opening, no donuts. When we came back 20min later, donuts, but not the one we wanted, that one is only available on weekends (not noted on website). We loved the pinkbox in Henderson and we're excited to get one in Pahrump. Not any more.

Happy that Pinkbox opened a location in the Golden Nugget Casino! We moved to Pahrump from Las Vegas and I think it’s great businesses are expanding in Pahrump. Easy access to the Pinkbox—just look for the large pink sprinkle covered donut and the pink door entrance and as you walk through the pink door, the Pinkbox is located there at the entrance! Mornings are the best time to visit, as the smoke is usually at a minimum in the casino!

I came in around 9:30. Ordered 4 chocolate bars, 4 maple bars. And 2 raspberry n 2 lemon filled. When paying cash I asked about putting in my phone number. I was told, ooo ya I forgot n I don't know how to add it now. ?. Then got home n I grabbed the raspberry, took a bite n it was everywhere. Dripping from my hand, face, n all over my shirt n shorts. Gave my buddy a good laugh. So yes, to much filling. Then I noticed I was given only 2 maple bars. ??
I believe the girl was stressed about the line. I think she was sweet but trying to hard.
This is the second time for not getting credits on a dozen plus I came in twice for a 4 pack. N got credit for 1 4 pack. Love the fresh doughnuts. Little expensive n if this is happening to others like what I've experienced. This will disappear just like the last 2 doughnut shops

Edit: you’re not sure what I’m trying to accomplish?? I did not leave three different reviews I edited my review to not bash you! I went from a one star to a three star and you are still mad??? I said how I felt and what I experienced and you’re basically saying my experience isn’t valid. You are not watching your employees 24/7 you don’t know how they are when you’re not around first off. If they are supposed to be making sure I have the best experience possible they fell far short. And that is the point of these reviews to help train and retrain to gain customer satisfaction. As for the boxes, the two ladies that were working clearly said what they said and choose to use a bag. Your brand name is Pink BOX so you would think after buying specially decorated donuts that they would put it into a box not a bag stacked on top of each other, not sure why I would have to ASK for a box! And as far as the coffee, you guys have two pots I seen; you should have one running at all times, as I said, your in a casino, you would more than likely sell more coffee. And I had already waited in line for a good ten minutes with just two older ladies in front ordering one donut each, and then the coffee wasn’t ready. It doesn’t matter how long it takes, I go to a donut shop to grab my stuff and go, never in my life have I been to a donut shop that doesn’t have coffee ready. Now as for the reviews: 89% of customers read online reviews to make purchasing decisions, businesses should take reviews as constructive criticism and use them to help retrain and ensure the best customer service is being delivered in order to retain customers/business relations. One last thing, I’ve noticed you seem to only reply to reviews of customers who leave you less than 5 stars, no thank yous anywhere, just a bunch of condescending comments and defensive comments.
The cashier was over the top fake nice and felt like I was being rushed even though there was no one in line behind me. I overheard both workers talking about not using boxes as much as possible. I didn’t think much of it until they put my doughnuts that I just spent $20 on, into a bag….also, not sure why they had no coffee ready and she offered it so kudos to her for that but as soon as she said she needs to brew some I said never mind. It was about 11 am and it’s in a casino, I’d be having both pots ready at all times! They were delicious though!
This is a nice bright, fancy colorful, doughnut shop. They have some of the wild and kooky doughnuts. It's sort of the place you only try once just to say you've tried it. I showed up about an hour before they closed and they were pretty low on doughnut. Majority of the donuts they had were the wild crazy doughnuts with lots of topping on them. Service was pretty slow. Took us about 10-15 minutes to get 4 doughnuts I had the Tootsie Fruitie doughnut with fruitie pepples on it. It was EXTREMELY SWEET! WAAAAY TO SWEET! I couldn't finish it. I also got the doughnut with the Biscoff cookie on it. The tootie fruitie was soo sweet that I couldn't even get myself to eat my second doughnut. It is still in my car (2days later in the bag, long dudes trip) So, I'd advise to get 1 doughnut or one with no topping.

Went to pinkbox while on vacation. We took a little bit deciding what we wanted but the employee was very patient and even explained the current deals (Which may have persuaded us to get a dozen instead of the few we were planning lol). Donuts were seriously some of the best i’ve ever had! The pink “poop” donut was definitely a hit with my youngest sister. Loved the raspberry cheesecake and butterscotch!
