Romero's Mexican Restaurant

After living here for over 5 years - and being obsessed over their salsa that we'd buy periodically with a bag of their amazing tortilla chips - we finally made it a point to have lunch at this family owned restaurant on a side street off hwy 160. It was exactly what we'd hoped it would be! Flavorful, fresh, great portion sizes, and just what we love when crave Mexican food. Add to that the warm atmosphere, very friendly and accommodating service... it's very safe to say we'll be back soon. We enjoyed the tequila chicken fajitas, 3 enchilada plate, and even our kinda picky kids enjoyed their chicken tenders, shredded beef tacos, and Quesadillas. It's honestly one of those restaurants where you know everything on the menu is great. Highly recommended! Edit: Went back and just had the Diablo Chicken and it was the best thing I've eaten in a long time. Just phenomenal!

Generally I am not to harsh when it comes to reviews but this place was a big let down. The food was salty, I asked for an adobada burrito and I couldn't find the meat in the burrito. I also got the 4 mexico style tacos and the meat was cold. No salsa was offered. The only thing good at this place was the horchata. Sorry about this but I won't be going back.

Food was not good. Not the worst we have had but not great. Chips were cooked in old oil can smell and taste it we order a variety of dishes all were just ok nothing stood out. Not much flavor to anything except old oil taste. Salsa was good. Staff was friendly and helpful service was fast but reminded us of mexican tv dinners. Not the best Mexican restaurant in Pahrump

This is one of my least favorite Mexican restaurants in pahrump the salsa wasn't great the chips tasted like they were over cooked in bad grease and the rice was not so great I got a combination plate with a chili relleno enchilada and tamale the one good item was the enchilada the tamale was dry the chili relleno had no spice heat the beans were good

red sauce takes like freezer burnt fish, rice was awful, think they might go broke if they give you any more lettuce might as well have shredded $50

Romero’s Mexican Restaurant, A Total Gem in Pahrump!

I cannot even begin to describe how incredible Romero’s is, this place is pure magic in food form! If you’re anywhere near Pahrump, RUN (don’t walk) to this restaurant. The flavors, the atmosphere, the service, it’s all beyond perfection.

The margarita flight? Absolute heaven. Every glass bursts with flavor, perfectly balanced, and dangerously easy to love. You’ll want to take a picture, then forget the camera and just dive in.

And the vegan tacos... oh my goodness. Hands down the best I’ve ever had anywhere. They’re fresh, flavorful, perfectly seasoned, and somehow manage to make you forget every other taco you’ve ever eaten. I don’t know how they do it, but they’ve cracked the code.

Romero’s isn’t just a restaurant; it’s a love story told through food. The kind of place that makes you plan your next visit before you’ve even left. I’m officially obsessed; Pahrump, you’re hiding a treasure here! 🌮💚🍹

Came in for a girls lunch had an amazing time. The Margarita flight was amazing and very strong. Everybody was really nice. The food was good. I’ll definitely go back again.
