Rubalcaba Mexican Restaurant

We love to come here on regular basis. Once you figure out what you like best, you will love it. I personally enjoy their carnitas in any forms. Also try their Cadillac Margherita.

Rubalcabas is the best Mexican food in the entire USA. Tortillas are better to than home made, cheese is so real and not fake rubbery, steak is so soft and never hard to chew.

We both had the 2 taco carne asada combo plates. The meat didn’t have any seasoning, the beans were bland and the rice was nothing special. We will not go back. I was really hoping for a great experience.

Laid back atmosphere. Great food. I've tried most of their menu. Favorites are the super burrito, tortas, and enchiladas. Rice and beans are always good.

It's important to go simple when trying out a new restaurant. I did three chicken wrap tortillas with rice and beans. They were the perfect pallet for whatever spices and toppings you would have wanted. I'm confident I won't have to update this as the others eating with me had no issues and nothing bad to say

I love this place. It's a very nice, comfortable and roomy restaurant. The staff is attentive, the food is delicious and the prices are reasonable. Oh and the chips always taste fresh!

Well, really wanted to like this restaurant. Very pretty inside, nice atmosphere, wait staff also very nice and accommodating.
I had a shredded beef tostada. The beef had little to no seasoning, plus there were 3 huge pieces of fat in the beef. Awful, no excuse for that! Both the bean dip and salsa were very bland, again with little to no seasoning. Blandest meal i've ever had in a Mexican restaurant!

We were extremely disappointed in the food here. My sister got the 2 cheese enchilada plate. The enchilada sauce tasted like eating raw, tasteless flour.
I got the enchilada-taco plate, and a side of Crispy potato taco. All I can say about that potato taco is Yuk.
If you like a Hash Browns taco with zero seasoning and slap some sour cream on it. Then this is the place.
The beans and salsa were fair, just lacked any seasoning or garlic or anything.
The oil they fried the chips and taco’s in made the food tasted old.

This place is awesome the family that runs it are awesome. The people that have worked it since the strip mall days are still here and the new staff are just as great. Biztek rancheros is the best. Get it with some spice if you're into that sorta thing.
