Apparently they no longer do ice cream cones. They offer a cup. I asked at the window if I could add hot fudge, the girl was like well you already ordered this. Ok so add fudge and charge me.. Apparently that's not an option. Plus I don't get a spoon i guess I'm supposed to lick it out of the bowl. No straw for my drink either and no condiments for my fries. Wasn't even asked. Last time I'll go to that location. Disappointed

CC or Wendy, not sure which, has such poor customer service skills. Not only did she get out order COMPLETELY wrong, even after reading it back; but had our bag of food sitting right next the window (where it could be seen) for over 10 minutes while we sat waiting. If I could give a ZERO I would! Definitely going to choose somewhere that has better service next time.
I had to edit my review, apparently old habits slide back into place. You need a nightshift manager, or terminate the one you have. I came through about 1020pm on Thursday, 27 June 24, ALL the parking stalls had "out of order" signs taped on them, went to drive through, got to the speaker and the girl says "be right with you" 10, I say again, TEN minutes later AFTER the 4 cars ahead of me paid and left, she comes on for my order, after repeating myself 3 times, she says pull ahead. She took my card and returned it with my receipt and clarified that I only wanted 1 side. During the next 10 minutes 2 other vehicles behind me, pulled out and left, as no one was at the window to take their orders, as they were busy opening doors to let in off duty employees or their friends. I received my order with no bag, no napkins and no conversation from any staff 22 minutes after I pulled into the drive through. And these "people" want minimum wage raised??? They should be dismissed with cause so they can't milk the system for unemployment benefits
