I have been to several Starbucks shops from the original first store up and down western Washington over the mountains in Leavenworth all over Spokane inland empire but have to say this store is the best from the greetings the awesome service the baristas provide the most cleanliness inside and out the team work and the awesome drinks even my special order, and the greetings writing on the cups personally. ( This is the starbucks I saw when they were starting to grow.) I don't see a barista pointing out there personal ideals I see a great coffee shop that provides the customers a great product and great services and this shop is in a small town that is awesome here in Pahrump NV. (This to me is the store Starbucks needs to use as the model for all of the chain.) Thank you all at this location.

I ordered iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso only took 3 sips of my coffee, it had excessive ice, I did not get to enjoy my coffee, I paid for the ice and not the coffee!!

This is the second time, in the early morning, where I get a cup of coffee that is just milk and water. If they didn’t have brewed coffee, they could have done an Americano . Right?

I frequent the store at least 2 to 3 times a week. No matter what time of day, the store is always well stocked, and clean! The staff will always provide a welcoming hello, and a warm smile. A special shout out to Kay, and Jake. Before I hit the register they know exactly what I want. Venti Earl Grey Tea, with two packets of honey). Very predictable! The management team of this store deserves a thank you, for making it a pleasurable place to come, and feel the friendship! Keep up the excellent work! Michael.

Took three times to get a basic drink correct. Not needy but the first time it was cold, I ordered hot. Second time they forgot to add syrup. On the third time I watched like a hawk. No employee said so much as an apology or cared... Really nice location with indifferent service.
Why so costly, thank goodness I didn't have to pay $12.00 for 2 Small cups. Never again .

I would say about the place as the staff is wonderful to new comers into there place as the people would recognize the regulars that would tend to come around a lot and are so nice as the regular staff i see are just wonderful ladies.. and they make you feel heard and welcomed in. I would say it is kid friendly as well! As the parking there is a bit cramped the least and the place it was built is small.. but I do hope it gets better and bigger!
Parking: There are at least 6 in the front and from the middle is 8 parking spots by two.. and a drive in
Kid-friendliness: Like I have said the ladies are so kind to new comers and are sweet..

Three cars in the drive thru but I made the mistake of going inside. I ordered and waited 10 minutes watching as the team made nearly 30 drinks for invisible customers who hadn't even entered the store. I watched car after car get their orders and leave. Nobody picked up any of the languishing drinks. I finally asked and the woman at the register who showed me the five orders that came in all the same time. I was insignificant in her eyes and it was made clear. Okay, this tells me the to-go orders are much more important than a living, breathing customer. I waited while they made seven more drinks and many more drive thru people got their drinks. Really? I actually own some Starbucks stock. Next time I won't make the mistake of going inside because I could have had my coffee in three or four minutes. Wonder how many people do not come bac?. We have two new coffee shops in town, Starbucks needs to take care of everyone and I felt anything but take care of or even appreciated as a long time customer.
