Great service. The barista didn't hear us correctly on the drive up screen and got the size wrong but she was willing to correct it for us. We'll go back next time great service

Well where should I start? The service at this Starbucks was terrible. The barista at this location was rude. Terrible customer service. Her name is Maria. Really bad attitude and needs to be retrained. If I could this starbucks wouldn't receive any stars.
Needed to sit for a few minutes where there was wifi internet since mine was down and I had a work report due.
The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The $5 coffee and croissant deal was unbelievable. All around outstanding experience at the Pahrump NV-160 location

Came from out of town to this Starbucks, and was VERY DISAPPOINTED. Ordered a blonde roast coffee, and they didn’t have any ready so I had to fight with the lady who took our order (idk her name but she was working the drive thru) to brew one cup and then when the coffee didn’t taste right we took it inside, and TIFFANY had the biggest attitude and the worst customer service, getting an attitude with us over the coffee when we were just trying to ask a question. Thank god for the gentleman that was behind the counter who actual has customer service skills and he wasn’t rude to us like Tiffany was.

The man that made my drink, Big Ben messed it up after clarifying I wanted whip cream and was very rude. This has happened on multiple occasions. Reading these reviews this seems like a normal occurrence.

Customer service rude...a guy asked me if I have anymore order, I said yes, and I said that gal took my order. Then she said you have to understand that there's other customers. I was just sitting waiting for my order, a male worker just asked me if I have another order and I said yes and she took my order.

Today I bought a medium cappuccino and when they gave it to me I noticed that it was not heavy, I uncovered it and confirmed that half of the cup was cappuccino and the other half was just foam, I was very disappointed (Starbucks is already somewhat expensive, and giving the customer less than what you are paying for is a theft)!

I ordered a mango dragon fruit refresher, but this is how my drink looked by the way paid six dollars very sad tooo much ice and no drink
Some of the worst staff at any Starbucks I have seen they are confused. They are rude and they don’t know what they’re doing. They desperately need training in this suburban town 60 miles in the desert out of Las Vegas. This is my 10th time going through the drive-through and I am amazed that they cannot get anything correct today served ice cold coffee when it should’ve been a hot bold coffee I asked for a toasted well done bagel and the bagel was raw, they told me to come inside to the store and they would exchange it. I parked in the handicap spot. I have a walking condition and I handed them the coffee and they said eight they can’t take it back. I have to throw it out in the trashcan nothing but resistance and aggravation April the big manager came over and she got in my face and asked me to leave because I was upset , can’t wait for Dunkin’ Donuts to get in here
The lady with black hair that wears it in braids has HORRIBLE customer service. So over it. Always negative attitude, and god forbid you say thank you to her because she won’t reply. I go here regularly and I’ve never seen her smile. It’s only her that’s terrible but one bad employee can really effect customers wanting to come back. She just served me burnt coffee. Thanks for the great Mother’s Day ?
